I just visited anonymcasino and read some terms and conditions. When I asked a question through the Support Agent just to ask if they have an official social media like X. Considering that a casino should be able to expand its promotion on some social media. Isn't this a normal and common thing to ask? However I didn't get any answer and the Support Agent immediately closed the conversation for no apparent reason.   The screenshot below is proof that my question was immediately closed.

Maybe the support agent is not aware of it. As there could be some disconnect here. But in any case, welcome to the community and it's good to hear that another new one has pop up. If I may add though, the ANN thread should be attractive enough so that many gamblers here might want to check out your casinos.

Really bad ANN presentation op. Seems like you took just a couple of minutes to present the ANN which does not reflect well on your site. The site itself seems very barebones at the moment lacking some important features like the FAQ etc.

Lets make it simple, if he does not want reveal the txid due to privacy reason, maybe he can show his transaction history on this casino by showing a screenshot.
Of course a txid will be much better as an evidence that what he says is real and not just for shilling for the casino since DealersLounge seems to be part of wagerx which is a review site which is partnered with this anonymous casino.
Frankly, I doubt that he will provide the evidences of his claim as what asked by forum members, he should have provided some time ago because I believe he awares about the request but he does not give any response so far (ignoring).

Welcome to this forum anyway, but you will have to possibly take advice from other from members, take a look at other casinos official Announcements threads and follow suite, get a good designer to create a good looking info-graphic of your site, use that to create a much more professional announcement thread, this is the only way you and your casino can be taken serious here.

I am one of those sceptical and curious members lol. the guy still hasn't answered the question and I doubt he missed that very easy question from yahoo62278, right now the guy is looking more suspicious than he already has.
