I read in punch newspaper today (Friday 21st March, 2025) where the Nigerian minister of information said that Nigeria is open to crypto adoption despite the lawsuit against binance. He stated that other cryptocurrency outfits/companies have been operating unrestricted within the country despite the lawsuit against binance. He said the lawsuit against binance was just to ensure that the activity of binance is regulated within the country as some of it's activities were traced to illicit and dubious flows... Our government don dey tire to dey run up and down like agberos way dey find who to put unnecessary charges for head.
So wetin be the difference mode of operation way the binance exchange dey do way other exchange no dey do way e come be like na only them dey exercise the illicit exchange services?

They are liars, is Binance exchange the only organization or business that is performing illegal activities or they are trying to deceive us about the state of the situation that transpired between them all, because of inability to reach a conclusion on agreed amount the exchange have to pay the Nigerian Government as under regulatory act, but this wasn't a successful one as the two parties could not arrive at any tangible course, they are now telling us it's because of illegal activities they are found doing, is this then about cryptocurrencies or Binance exchange, now that they have seen it that they are the ones loosing, they are in disguise trying to appeal and make an open proclamation for renegotiation, which is already too late, because they have left and no new offers is coming to Nigeria and operate their exchange under the government regulations, because the conditions will not be favourable at all on them.

The truth is that they were highly disappointed at way the lawsuit went, they have seen that they are at the receiving end, no money from that end again, what they should have done was to use wisdom in handling Binance issue not the way they went, now it's as if Nigeria is begging them, this is how disgraceful we can be at times , the government taught they are dealing with Nigerians, i taught Nigeria will have nothing to do with binance again ,they should have thought properly before those action be mented on their officials .

Well, for them not to allow binance to operate for the country other companies dey operate it means say binance never meet to the agreement wey the country get with exchange companies but it is too bad as binance no dey operate for the country because binance na one of the best exchange wey get better features for crypto investors to take trade crypto. This statement here by our minister of information dy laughable I swr, because them dy do the direct opposite of wetin Dem dy talk, even as we dy trade and do crypto related transaction for we country, na through hide and seek we dy take do am, even for our traditional banks, once your transaction show say e dy related to cryptocurrency, Dem go just freeze ur account, so who Dem think say them dy whine?

My take be sey na confused people dey rule us. We nor even fit stand on awa policy, na to dey copy copy from America. I already know sey na so e go finally be as soon as Trump enta office and begin show more support for cryptos. Awa govment nor get choice other than dat na. If America govment coughs, awa govment go also wan cough even if na piss dem be wan piss before. Money wey dem for take style make from Binance by making dem take a certain commission off trades wey we do like Kucoin been dey do then. But as soon as dem see sey America govment fined Binance and got something from dem, na so awa own chook head put. Shey e nor backfire for us? Of course it did.
