In a world that is changing fast with countries making progress in medicine, technology, Engineering and in their Economy while others has been struggling and is virtually depending on other countries in all areas of their countries one differentiating factor that differentiate countries in the world is their investments in education.

The fact remains that any country that is serious about it future has to invest into it's educational base because education is the bedrock on which development is built, a country that it's population is not well informed and educated can't develop and will always depend on other countries which has seen the need in investing into the educational sector of their countries. We can't separate education and development because the two goes together.

Education is the key and it would always be that way, without it the development of a country would depreciated gradually with time. It's quite sad that some countries are governed by corrupt leaders, all they care about is enriching themselves, they don't pay attention to the academic sectors of their countries. If you want to have the best graduates you must give them the best, how would students be good in their field of study of they are not being taught properly. I remember back in the university when I was barely taught anything all through an entire semester because lecturers constantly embarked on strikes due to lack of salary disbursement from the government, this would affect the students eventually when they become graduates and at the end also affect the development of the country.

There is no doubt about that. If a nation is in the development phase, it's important for them to have a very high literacy rate because that will determine how developed it will become at the end with education and proper skills, people within the nation can be able to do things that the nation needs instead of giving that opportunity to people from other nations which will eventually affect the economy because money will start going to other countries and nations this way.

And if a nation has good education, good medical facilities, and all other basic amenities that their people need, there won't be a need for the people to go abroad for any of those things because they are readily available within their country, and all that is only possible through proper education. Schools, colleges, and other educational institutions need proper check and balance, those in control of the education within the country such as minsiters, they need to make sure the institutes are running well and that they are providing proper education.

I do not see country that are not investing on their educational system, because as you have said, it is the key for the whole society to recover. The thing is that developing countries have been struggling because they don't have jobs to offer for everyone. Just imagine millions are graduating every year and can't find a suited job for this education and skills.

Although one solution is for their youth to travel outside and look for a good and high paying jobs. But it's going to be an exodus of their manpower. But on the positive side, the remittances that they bring because for sure they are going to send it back to their love ones. So it's a win-win situation.

Education has a great role to make a country progress with its own well-informed leaders and make the citizens safe and secured. We often hear that education is the only wealth that cannot be stolen from an individual, the same goes for a country that leads with honest and educated government officials, that’s something that any country will be proud of.

Education is very good for everyone, and any society that has failed to invest in education has successfully succeeded in mortgaging the future of their youths and if the youths are not enlightened the country is already heading for doom. But in as much as a country is investing in education, they should also invest on infrastructures, factories and industries to create an enabling environment where their educated youths can practice their craft and contribute their own quota to the development of the country. If you look at the developing nations, not that they don't invest in education, they do to a great extent. But what they lack are opportunities where their youth can be engaged. You can't have educated people everywhere and and no avenue for them to practice what they have learnt of course the country won't develop

I do not see country that are not investing on their educational system, because as you have said, it is the key for the whole society to recover. The thing is that developing countries have been struggling because they don't have jobs to offer for everyone. Generally, education across many nations revolves around schools, certificates, and jobs. But, that's not just it, due to lack of information, students go to school for the sole aim of getting employed. So, after graduation, they'll dump reading, researching, and furthering their studies on the course studied in school and go in search of job opportunities.

Furthermore, the educational system is designed for people to fail, so, it's best for citizens of every nation to read harder and perfect their discipline and not be in a hurry to earn money after school. There are no numerous jobs, it's true, but, the job market lacks competent people also, due to the way education is perceived to start and end in schools.

Education is necessary in the same way that other basic needs are important, as it is one of the basic needs of human beings. In the modern day, where every state is making daily inventions to become proud and powerful, they can acquire new technology, shift to other states, and earn money from it. However, in a developing state, I think the great role is played by their strong and wonderful economies, which come from trade. A state that has great exports can make a lot of money and invest that money in their development. China, the USA, and other states are examples of this. I am not saying education is not important, but before education, I think providing resources to them is better. If they become financially independent, they will then invest in education, and the people will be truly progressive.

I think most people agree that education is extremely important in developing a
country, building industry, creating and maintaining infrastructure. Not everyone
can be an engineer, doctor, politician or architect but its very obvious, important even
that everyone gets some form of education even for general labourers. Others get
more education to go to trades people such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians
and welders and then further a country needs engineers, designers and architects.

People educate themselves to some extent but not always in the right way, obviously we can just see young people educated wrongly into crime.   The nation doesnt benefit from that in fact its an extra burden hard to turn into a positive later, unless you include sending people to the army but I dont count that as growth.  Army can be an education of course if you survive long enough to come out and use the skills in useful business, ideally we see the young educated as soon as possible but it can also take decades to become productive which equates to slow growth perhaps.

Human resources are born from the quality of education but are only affiliated with a few sectors. Many things can be achieved when education becomes the basis for people to develop their potential but if there is no space to develop that potential then education is only considered as a place to learn theory. Usually the quality of a developed country will provide as much space as possible to everyone who has skills and it is not only limited to educational assessments. I believe education is important but there is no point in higher education if the country does not provide access for everyone to develop the skills they have.

The contribution of education in realizing humans to reach the stage of skills is indeed very large, but it comes back to each individual whether they have the courage to change it. Managing a country is also not easy if the leader does not have a vision and mission because at the highest level of leadership, a person is not only seen from their higher education but also how they have the ability to carry out the vision and mission.

meanwhile you can still make money with manual labour, but hardly someone become rich from it.

just see china at how they started from getting country's income from manual labour, investing heavily in education, and now becoming one of the top country with top researches in advanced technology like electric vehicle and so on.

Yeah correct, imagine you live in China where you learn about computer science and then you learn Bitcoin by yourself. You really understand about Bitcoin, unfortunately you live in China which you not allowed to buy and sell Bitcoin. You have the skill, but your environment limit/not support your skill, this make you have to work abroad or work for foreign companies.

One more thing I want to add is make sure the country isn't corrupt, if it's full of corruption, even you're the smartest person, you can still lose against rich person.

A lot of struggling countries have educational crisis. Not because their young citizens are idiots but rather there is not enough resources dedicated to pursue education. Higher education means higher paying jobs which means higher way of living and generally leads to a better economy for the entire country.

Unfortunately, some countries including my own do not seem to know how to prioritize education. The money is not going where it is supposed to go. There are a lot of smart kids who never gets the privilege to actually learn more and hone their skills. The very fact that I used the word privilege is telling enough.

The thing is, in most cases getting good education is not free. Let’s say a kid wants to be a doctor but medical schools are expensive as hell. The kid should be exceptionally smart to deserve a free scholarship but even the. that’s not guaranteed. So if his parents are poor, he will probably get a mediocre education and he probably won’t achieve anything meaningful in his life. (He will get a job if he is lucky) It is sad but that’s another reason that shows us how rich people are getting richer.

I agree Education is undeniably the foundation for a country's progress it empowers individuals with the knowledge & skills needed to drive innovation, improve healthcare, advance technology & strengthen the economy. For me countries that prioritise education are better equipped to tackle global challenges, reduce poverty & achieve sustainable development. I think without a well-educated population, nations risk falling behind and becoming dependent on others for growth & stability. No nation can progress without education. For the development of a country, the people of that country must be educated. Everything in a country is related to education. However, only academic education cannot play a role in the development of the country. Because there are many developing countries where there is only academic education but they cannot eliminate their unemployment with that education. In order to eliminate unemployment, skill development must be done along with academic education. However, primary education is definitely important because without this education, they will not be able to understand what is needed for the development of a nation. That is why development is never possible without education.

A country that has not found need to develop the education sector of its economy will see no growth in all ramification. If we check countries that are doing well economically, we see that they have sound education and that is from the grass root ( catch them young). The growth in education is essential for the citizen to have better competitive comparism with others, like you see small children being developed in technology because their country leadership has decided to invest in them through the budget in educating them. Thus, the reason that many countries are still behind in education is that they don't allocate the approved budget for education rather they have budget that only takes care of recurrent expenditure rather than investing in capital project.

Development complements education, you cannot have developed society without education, as a matter of fact, education is the major drive that brings in development, because education brings in new ideas and innovative, education empowers people to think outside the box. So economic reforms and policy documents that suits the demands of the people are mostly crafted by economic scholars, so nation cannot succeed optimumly without investing heavily in education. For each strata of an economy, wether is revenue generation, energy sector, transportation sector, infrastructural development and all the rest are supposed to be manned by educational expert who understand the skill set to drive those sectors.
