The soccer game you mention was not cancelled, it was postponed. And according to our betting rules if the game resumes within 48 hours, all bets are valid. We have now confirmation that this game will not resume within 48 hours, therefor we have cancelled all bets and returned the bets to our customers.

In cases where the events on which bet is made is postponed, if the event is commenced within 48 hours, the bets remain valid. If the event is postponed for more than 48 hours, the amounts wagered for the bet shall be returned to the Client’s account.
