You don't have citizenship of country where you live, but still want to vote in elections. No, things shouldn't  work in such way. Simply get a citizenship if you want to vote. The EU has been making rants everyone trying to gather soldiers from every angles and fight Russia which is very funny to me.
I can see the way France and UK are working hand in hand to fight Russia trying to show the world that their opinions count.

 I will not be surprised if Russia starts striking some of the European countries because of their efforts to fight the Russians which are supposed to be their friend not enemy. I think this is not going to be funny at all seeing this kind of move by many of the EU countries attacking Russia indirectly just to prove that they support Ukraine. Tumor is trying is best alternative to settle this war and allow peace to rain but I think the EU does not want that.
