I wonder how easy it is to sell land and buildings for bitcoin nowadays
I've heard of a person selling a house for it but no buyers appeared

and I asked on a local new launch and they said they accepted as one time payment

it'll probably become more and more common as time goes by and bitcoin raises in price

Legal proceedings are still the same. We pay a fair value in local currency, which is usually around 40-50%. The rest can be paid in BTC , which ofcourse won't be accounted (in paper).
