I found this
https://cryptorealtors.agency/
I think it is like Forsage and similars but with some differences.
All levels earn the same fixed amount and there is a spillover. It is based on virtual NFT (don't understand well about it).
It works with a POL smart contract.

As they clearly state, and we can understand even if they didn't, it's a pure MLM scheme. Most of the times, if not all, such schemes don't last long, and it's hard to be among the top payable people of the system. Especially if this MLM involves crypto. Who guaranty that this isn't an MLM Ponzi crap "game" or the owner of it won't go away with your money?

Managed by a smart contract without knowing who and what parameters are put in. It will be automatic when the criteria are met, but what are the criteria? I mean, besides their basic explanations, there isn't anything more. The user will have to connect his wallet, pay 200 POL to buy an NFT (pure air), and then start dragging others to buy the same "air". Where is the address of this contract so we can read about it? Why can't the user see anything else unless he connects his wallet and pays 200 POL?
Just because the system is fully automated doesn't mean that it isn't a scam scheme.
