I think match fixing exists but getting access to those games would be almost impossible, punters claim to have such games for sale and people pay for them only to find out that they are just scammers. I was once a victim of this, I remember paying 15 thousand naira for a vip game of three odds, it seemed really sure because people were posting their winnings on the page, I didn't know they were fake testimonies. After paying i got the games and I staked 50 thousand on it, I ended up losing the bet and the vip money I paid, that's actually a double loss.

I read someone's post on a topic similar to this few months back of how he used lucky patcher to hack into a prediction app that requires a certain amount of money to unlock the vip section, he staked on the games gotten from the vip then he ended up losing, lol. That's to tell you that these people are nothing but fraudsters, this is why I always take out my time to analyze my bets and using my own knowledge. There’s some user that has high winning percentage and in positive PnL on their betting career however it’s very rare for them to share bets especially asking for payment in exchange for their picks.

I do see a lot of this VIP group offering premium picks since my telegram account often invited unknowingly by random user on this kind of group chat.

It’s really an obvious scam and the best thing we can do is report their page once we are invited to stop their operation even for temporary.

It is not all punters that are scammers however to know the ones that are legit will be like looking for a needle in an haystack. Even though we know that match fixing is illegal, yet there are match fixing rings that once a person gets with them and joins he'll win but it is also very difficult to get them. That is usually a way to welcome potential victim. You will wonder if you hear gamblers stories on their experience when they newly registered, it is usually winning streak to the extent you feel you have finally found the money making machine but after a time, the diminishing returns starts to set in, they begin to lose their bets with the site.

So just like you have mentioned, they carefully select games with very low odds that have potential for winning and send to new comers as testing for them and fortunately they usually come out successful, by then you either introduce more people or you increase your stake and start losing. They won't concentrate on you again but find new people. I know of a gambler who felt he had finally landed himself with the best group on Facebook, he won and won few times but he has ended up delisting the group because he started losing more.

this is a well known scam that appears time by time around the internet. of course, anything that appears to good to be true... isn't...
I don't think they are picking anything possible but they are just looking to find as much people possible.
in some cases I have seen a "live change" on their prediction. Or the great idea to provide one result in a platform and then another result on private message.
in any case there is a winning advice (check trust that I have left in previous years for many stories like this...)
even here on forum many users have tried to provide such service "masking" in many ways but the scam is always very clear if you know "the trick".

What amount do you pay for their subscription? And how they do the scam attempt? They stop giving betting tips or their tips just went bad after you pay?

I never encounter a free betting tips channel that offers high odds since they usually play safe on their odds to maintain high winning percentage for their record.

Is this a professional games to bet or amature? Never  ever fall for this kind of scams, you will never know who will win the game.
Even the odds is too high there is always a possibility of loosing. Like in NBA you can win 10X of your bet in a single match,

There was also Super Eagles goalie, Nwabali who recently was investigated or is still being investigated for match fixing and may face possible fine and suspension from football activities if found guilty.
 About the VIP games, I was having a discussion with one of my friends yesterday when he was stating exactly what you spoke about  as regards paying bet sources for codes that may or may not play out correctly.
The one reason why people will continue to win or make income from gambling related activities is always because there will be persons who want to make quick wealth from gambling and are willing to risk some of their funds to get the VIP games just to try their luck.
The best source I have witnessed actually do collect a certain percentage only if after the game he predicted wins. His percentage is fixed and so it is up to the gambler who requested the codes to bet big money to win big so as to afford the percentage.

The type of connection is mostly done not in professional fixtures. I have seen some local punters, and they have never mentioned giving out fixed match results, some give out tips for free, while most of them demand payment before giving out predictions for the games. In the gambling space it is normal to see people who claims professionals which i don't believe to be real enough and wrong for anyone to often pay for those games, if as a gambler you haven't made profits from games booked by one's self then it is better to quit gambling or try to up one's knowledge about betting options.

First let me alert you on the scam level at Telegram, almost 90% of deals on telegram are likely scammers attempting to scam you, and there is nothing like fixed games because the outcome of most games is not ore determined, so for both casinos or whoever attempt to control the outcome of the games will meet disappointment, and that is the reason why most of the sure bet sold to gullible gambler never comes to winning at the end.

I don't get what's the point of doing that, what does the owner of the group wins by washing some heads with the idea about a fixed payer/team? Maybe they charge some fee for the hints but I'm not sure, personally i have listened about those groups in the past, is something totally new for me, but in the end big sports gamblers are smart enough to avoid falling in this kind of traps, i feel the ones who fall are the newbies.

It's hard to be patient and carefully choose & wait for some good bets. Most of us simply rush into some crazy parlays, or we hurry with betting, but those who are patient have more chances to do something more in the long run.

I have never paid for VIP signals. Maybe there is a good group with great signals somewhere, but I guess the good ones are expensive and hard to find. I like free sources, analyzing games, and comparing different predictions... I see some fun in that.

So it's hard to trust telegram channels that claim to be related to a casino, but they are actually scammers who are talking to gamblers without them knowing. So VIP members in regulated casinos have high criteria before you can actually reach them.

And they don't actually charge their members or users on their casino gambling platform, but their only requirements are that once you've wagered the amount they need, they can consider you as one of their VIP members, and before you even reach that level, there are others who can go through it, as far as I know if I'm not mistaken.
