Hi is boomerang.bet trusted spottbetting site or scam?

I have problems on their site I cant change mobile phone because my mobile number is 9 numbers long but at their casino  I can write only 8 numbers of mobile phone.Also I cant change Nathionality by myself I need to contact support and when I do it they write:We hope you are well!

We inform you that your issue has been resolved and the data should be displayed correctly in your profile.

So I asked them to change my phone number and Nathionality but they didnt but I cant withdrawal my money without phone and nathionality info updated on my account so I am worried that boomerang.bet is a scam.

I am surprised that you registered on this forum since 2018 and you are not using reputed gambling sites on this forum. But if you are doing something wrong, you can be banned but not in a way that you are doing something right but the gambling site given you the problem.

Just continue to contact their customer care about it. The site is having both huge positive and negative reviews online. So I do not know which one is which but I have been enjoying good gambling sites that are reputed and having presence on this forum like Stake.com.

I told already that in registration tab there is no option to choose nathionality.To choose nathionality need to contact support which is useless.When I was registering I was not even able to write full phone number so 1 my number for my phone is missing so I cant complete phone verification because their site have error with phone number adding.I was hoping that if I send my mobile phone to email support that they could add it to my profile but they are keeep lying to me that my phone is sucessfuly added and that my nathionality is changed but it is not.

Because if you’ve done it and passed, then the information you submitted especially your nationality should be final. Your phone number can be changed, of course, since we sometimes run into issues with it. If the casino is legit, their support team should be able to help you with that.

But if you believe you’ve complied properly and it’s their fault, then it’s best to create a scam accusation against them.

Yes I have completed KYC on their site but they are still telling me that they changed my number and nathionality like some kind of bots but they didt changed it.And if they dont change it I will not be able to withdrawal money from their site.

I can’t comment specifically about your case since I can’t access the casino that you mention right now probably due to country restrictions but if everything that you said is correct then their live support is incompetent.

They can easily determine that you provided a wrong format. To clarify things, your withdrawal is on hold just because your information is incorrect while they acknowledge the error and claim that everything was changed?

I cant get manual withdrawal from them because they told me via email that all information should be given in profile tab to get a withdrawal but I gived them all profile information and they are not still updating my info.Yes I am still in contact with them waiting last time for them to upload my info and if they dont upload I will write bad reviews about them.

I don't know about this website, and i have never gambled there. It is strange that you can only enter 8 mobile numbers, is it a bug or something. People from countries that are accepted in the casino should be able to enter their mobile numbers correctly, that should never be a problem.

When you experienced all of these during registration, it should have been a red flag for you not to deposit into the casino and look for reputable options available to you.

Never hard about this site before except for you mentioning it here and look, what is important is that when doing documentation to process your kyc it's always important to crosschecked your personal detail and there is no need to rush while accessing the gambling site, and again it's best to keep kyc clear and clean while creating account on that any gambling site.

Many people doesn't know that before they are that ready to gamble it's good to prepare and finished kyc before making deposit, believe me or not the reason your documentation has not been reflecting is as a results that you already had funds inside and this have made me to keep telling a fellow friends before they go into any gambling site to gamble they should at least passes some level of kyc in that casino this wouldn't affect them when making deposits.
