Hi is boomerang.bet trusted spottbetting site or scam?
I have problems on their site I cant change mobile phone because my mobile number is 9 numbers long but at their casino I can write only 8 numbers of mobile phone.Also I cant change Nathionality by myself I need to contact support and when I do it they write:We hope you are well!
We inform you that your issue has been resolved and the data should be displayed correctly in your profile.
So I asked them to change my phone number and Nathionality but they didnt but I cant withdrawal my money without phone and nathionality info updated on my account so I am worried that boomerang.bet is a scam.

I am surprised that you registered on this forum since 2018 and you are not using reputed gambling sites on this forum. But if you are doing something wrong, you can be banned but not in a way that you are doing something right but the gambling site given you the problem.
Just continue to contact their customer care about it. The site is having both huge positive and negative reviews online. So I do not know which one is which but I have been enjoying good gambling sites that are reputed and having presence on this forum like Stake.com.

I have saw that in casino guru site for casino reviews Boomerang.bet have high trust so I was thinking that site is safe and in many other site for casino reviews I saw good reviews but it looks how it is not good to trust in those sites for casino reviews.

Some casino automatically assign country since they don’t require KYC level 1 such as providing mobile number and country during the registration. Actually, most of my KYC info during the registration process is always use Afghanistan. Anyway he can’t do the KYC if his phone number and country registered on his information page is different to his original country ID. The support might probably not fixing his details properly.

I told already that in registration tab there is no option to choose nathionality.To choose nathionality need to contact support which is useless.When I was registering I was not even able to write full phone number so 1 my number for my phone is missing so I cant complete phone verification because their site have error with phone number adding.I was hoping that if I send my mobile phone to email support that they could add it to my profile but they are keeep lying to me that my phone is sucessfuly added and that my nathionality is changed but it is not.

Wait, have you already completed KYC verification on your account? Because if you’ve done it and passed, then the information you submitted especially your nationality should be final. Your phone number can be changed, of course, since we sometimes run into issues with it. If the casino is legit, their support team should be able to help you with that. But if you believe you’ve complied properly and it’s their fault, then it’s best to create a scam accusation against them.

People from countries that are accepted in the casino should be able to enter their mobile numbers correctly, that should never be a problem. When you experienced all of these during registration, it should have been a red flag for you not to deposit into the casino and look for reputable options available to you.

I have problems on their site I cant change mobile phone because my mobile number is 9 numbers long but at their casino I can write only 8 numbers of mobile phone.Also I cant change Nathionality by myself I need to contact support and when I do it they write:We hope you are well!

So I asked them to change my phone number and Nathionality but they didnt but I cant withdrawal my money without phone and nathionality info updated on my account so I am worried that boomerang.bet is a scam.
