How effective (or ineffective) was it?

Addicts can not go for self-exclusion. I know an addicted person that told me this. He said he did not go for it. It reduced his month highest amount he can send to the casino. But this can be changed after 24 hours. He said after losing up to that amount within the month, that he will increase it back and deposit more money to gamble.

It is not effective.

Yes but they are not helping gamblers. Not in a way they can help gamblers. Gambling sites can easily know addicts but they can not block the addicts account but enjoy the money. People should discipline themselves is better because those responsible gambling features can not help.

Blockchain and responsible gambling features are not linked and they are very different.

I have only once considered to exclude myself from online casinos and it was after I suffered a significant amount of money during one of my dices sessions. But in the end I did not opt to exclude myself because I realized by lost as not something which was happening consecutively and I was actually not addicted to dices or gambling in general, I simply suffered a bad strike of luck, an unfortunate event.
I also believe it would be possible for casinos to implement other tools which enhanced the responsible gambling experience, but those implementations or measures would also limit the capacity of casinos to capitalize on the volume of bets and gambling in general, so it would be counter productive for their own business.

The key is to find a way casinos are not negatively affected but as the same time gamblers can realize when they have a problem of developing addiction and need to self-exclude from their platforms. It is a tricky task,.but I think it is possible. The first step is to do what stake and other casinos do and have a dedicated section on their webpages/casinos with information about responsible gambling and the importance of sticking to it.

Both regulators treat RG as core to license compliance, not a nice-to-have. Operators can face heavy fines or license suspension if they fall short.

For example:

No, I havent used of these features since im not an addicted gambler, i do make out some betting or gambling on casinos on moderation. Therefore, i havent been able to make use of it.

How effective (or ineffective) was it?
And since i havent been able to experience it out but pretty sure that this might handy at the moment if someone is really that addicted or have the plans on stopping themselves
on playing on a casino but actually it wont really be that enough to stop addiction completely.

Never, and even I don't know about the responsible protection feature because I only play for fun with the little money I use and don't expect big wins.
I only use money under $10 to play and have fun.

If indeed responsible gambling control tools are effective enough then it needs some initial education and some improvement
on how often they gamble and there needs to be a warning that gambling has reached the limit,
then people will think that they have to end it.

Gambling with blockchain technology is very helpful at a more diverse deposit withdrawal speed,
as there are many crypto options such as the commonly used ones BITCOIN, DOGE, TRX, SOL, USDT and more.
Transactions are faster and more transparent with lower fees.

In my opinion, the current resources that casinos have are already good enough, because I start from the idea that each person should be responsible for themselves, people are adults, they are over 18 years of age, casinos are a business that only needs to comply with the laws, they are not there to do charity.

Honestly, I don't think there's anything else that casinos can do. That's because even if casinos did offer options to delete the account and all the data of a person who confessed that they have a gambling problem and wanted to close the account, that person would still create an account at another casino.
