Ok, i am a ruby 4 at shuffle,  and the treatment they give is just ridiculous, they are literally ripping me off for bonuses tnat i was more then elibile to be getting, i have wagered a little less then 500 000$ for the month, but they failed to give me my vip top monthly,  when i was most definitely eligilbe for it... they tell me i can not receive the bonus because i do not meet the criteria for it, like since when ks a Ruby 4 not qualified to get.the VIP top montily rewar

First, that is what you get when you don't make your research before diving in to bet in the online casinos and just because they have aired or made visible of some admirable offers, you would just take a deep breath like you have captured your dream casino to bet on.

Just note that you are setting yourself up to vulnerability when you only look out for casinos with bonus offers because lot of casino has hold up to that notation and strategizes on attracting players to their sites while that being attracted players is not real.

So if I may ask, have you find anyone been a bonafide to be the casinos VIP? Atleast to confirmed they even have the portraying VIP class for players.

Did you also tried to reach the official casino shuffle.com site?
And have you asked what holds you back to earn the VIP ticket to be qualified?
Who knows... Maybe at some point you may not have reached the task but because you thought playing with the specified amount of $ is what it is categorized.

I have not bet there before but I would only ask you to exit any casino that is not offering your need and you too, seek for Casinos reputation first before chasing for special offers.

I’m not familiar anymore on Shuffle VIP benefits here same with other members here so make sure to drop the info that show the criteria for the VIP rewards of your account.

Your screenshot show your total wager, bonus and PnL but the bonus on the stats doesn’t indicate what is that for.

I don't see this as a scam to be honest, so I don't think you should advise him to move it there (even though now it's already here). Top VIP bonuses are a common thing on other sites as well (stake for example). You never know if you actually qualify since often enough, at least at stake, different VIP hosts have different players in their group.
I have had months where I wagered like 250k or something in that area, didn't get it, but then read from people that got it with 170k. Did I make a scam accusation? Obviously not.

So, top VIP is NOT a guaranteed bonus -> not a scam. It's unfortunate, that's true, but it's not a scam.

If a site doesn't want you anymore and you feel mistreated you can always go somewhere else. Many sites have VIP transfer programs these days so your past wager is not for nothing.

Why do you think this is the cause of the problem you say you are having, how can the casino know that you have another account in a different casino, is that even possible. I am not having experience with VIP top bonuses in shuffle since my account is still in low level so I have no idea how the Top VIP bonus works in Shuffle.
However I experienced similar type of bonus in other casino, as long as know this kind of bonus is not fixed, there is no minimum wager requirement in order to qualify for the bonus.
Simple example, I am in a VIP group with 100 other users and lets say the Top VIP bonus is given to top 5-10 users in the group, so those who are qualified for the bonus is the top 5-10 users in the specific month.
Lets say the top 10 users in the last month is $700k (the last one or the 10th position) so the other players in the group who wagered less than $700k are not eligible for the bonus.
So every single month may have different minimum amount of wager in order to qualify for the VIP top bonus because it is depending on how much is wagered by other players.
It is just an assumption if the Top VIP bonus in shuffle works the same as the one in Stake.

There may be many reasons for casinos to get pissed of a customer, but of them all, playing with another competitor isn't one of them. At the moment I still don't see your report as what should have been found in the scam accusation board, maybe you should have it moved to shuffle's Ann thread because it's about a VIP bonuses reward which by mission or omission could have led to you not being eligible for the reward as alleged by the casino despite. You have been receiving it other times, what have you don't not to receive it this time?

There may be many reasons for casinos to get pissed of a customer, but of them all, playing with another competitor isn't one of them. He's been asked about posting evidence on the scam accusation thread he created, but he said he is waiting for Shuffle to answer the question he has. If you ask me, it'll be better for him to post the evidence he has that supports his claim to add more context, and people will have an easier time understanding his issue.

Umm... Weren't you assigned a vip host or something? Have you try to inquire to them why the sudden ineligibility? Perhaps this case can get resolved with such a simple step as reaching them and ask for their explanation.
