⚠️ [SCAM ALERT] Cryptokeying.net blocked €11,000 – changing terms, demanding mor

Hello everyone,

I’m posting this as a warning to anyone thinking about using Cryptokeying.net, which presents itself as a crypto mining and investment platform.

I'm a resident of Spain and I invested over €11,000 in the platform. They stated that in order to be eligible for withdrawal, I needed to complete 10 contracts of €1,000 — I completed 12.

I even reinvested part of my earnings with written approval from their support team (I have full screenshots).

The moment I attempted to withdraw my funds, the problems started. They gave me conflicting information, rejected my request, and then suddenly claimed I had to deposit another €3,000 to "regularize" my account. This condition had never been mentioned before.

I now have €11,000 blocked, no access to my funds, and the support is just cycling excuses.

✅ I’ve already taken these steps:

Reported them to Spanish national police (Policía Nacional) and the CNMV (financial regulator)

Published my case on Trustpilot, Reddit, and Medium

Gathering others who may have been scammed to join legal action

This seems to be a structured scam disguised as a crypto platform, and they are actively trying to silence negative reviews.

It is clearly a scam, this is typically how they operate, they block withdrawal and ask for more deposits, they will keep asking for more until you either no longer have money to send to them or you realize you have been deceived.

I don't know anything about this platform, when you say crypto mining platform, do you mean cloud mining? Almost every cloud mining service is a scam.

Also, never deposit that €3,000, they are just attempting to get more money out of you.

It's a clear Ponzi scheme; all the contracts they listed with their fixed and high daily profits are completely illogical, and even if they claim to provide a real mining service, as Coyster mentioned, 100% of cloud mining platforms are scams.

They also mentioned on their [about] page that they were founded in 2018, but when checking their domain age, it was actually registered only 145 days ago. Also, the image they used for their headquarters is taken from the internet, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Cloud mining is a thing of the past. I'm surprised that there are still people who fall for this. Even if you are a newbie, at least you could have asked someone you know who is an old timer in cryptocurrency, and they would tell you right away that cloud mining is a total scam.
These scammers are lucky; launching a platform like this only cost $300, and they've got €11,000 from you; they can do a vacation in the Caribbean with the money after they take down the site.
This is a costly experience. I hope with your accusation against one cloud mining, people will learn never to invest in cloud mining.

And this is just from one victim, imagine making €11,000 from just one victim, and there is a high chance that there are others. OP i am sorry, but investing €11,000 in this kind of scheme is crazy, there are a lot of things you can do with such an amount, like just buying bitcoin and hodling it in your non-custodial wallet. Reporting them to the authorities like you did is a good step, but it rarely yields anything, but goodluck.

It's unfortunate that you got scammed in that fashion. Just a simple look at the website shouts scam!

It seems to be an elaborate scam scheme, of which the first domain is now inaccessible (https://web.archive.org/web/20241004040137/https://cryptokeying.com/xml/index.html#/). But all the details are just a simple copy and paste into the second website.

Do not ever be lied to that there is any cloud mining site, that works and makes for you money while you are sleeping.

I did a quick search on the internet and I saw different blogs advertising this cryptokeying service. Some of them had the domain name .com and another .net. This investment company also claims that they have their headquarters in Surbiton, UK which looks fake. From what I have gathered it is a cler scam. The amount of interest they offer is too big to be true and asking for money to claim your interest or investment is a red flag.

i can't believe it's 2025 and people still fall for ponzi schemes, i'm sorry for your loss OP, but you should have known better than to invest €11,000 in this obvious scam.

reporting them to the spanish police isn't gonna do much unfortunately.
your chances of getting your money back or them being arrested is almost zero.
the police simply do not have the resources to follow up on every crypto scam report they get, and you don't even know the scammers info.
as far as the police is concerned, they could be on the other side of the world.

I can understand that, but not doing enough research before investing €11,000 is crazy and basically asking for trouble.

This might be a transnational scam and it will take so much effort for these scammers to be tracked and brought to book.

The only way for OP to get his money back is if the scammers are traced, arrested and forced to give it back, we all know that is not going to happen, the chances are zero and the scammers must have moved on to other victims. OP has to take this as an expensive lesson learnt.

FYI, scammers use wrong personal information; they know that they will be reported and they will be chased; they know their exit point, and with a big amount like you deposit, they are already good to go and will likely take this platform down anytime now.
This is a hard lesson for you, and hopefully, with your testimonials here, this will prevent people from investing in cloud mining. It still surprised many of us why they did not bother to do their research; there are so many preferences that point to the fact that cloud mining is a Ponzi scheme and a proven scam.
