I believe it is because you guys are accessing the website for the first time. I also had the same issue. When I visited the casino for the first time, it took more than 20 seconds to get it loaded. But my 2nd visit took only two or three seconds to get it fully loaded. I think I am fine with the speed, considering I use a low-speed internet connection. There is always room for improvement.

Also, if they are working on their platform, it is expected that the casino will have to upgrade its hosting plans as their user base grows. Sometimes the speed issues come from the hosting service.
