It seems like a good deal, at least for those who need two devices, especially if it can be had for under $100. I bought a Safe 5 model a few months ago and it's still in the box, and I really don't know what I would do with another one, even if I got it as a gift.

Is the bundle offer still on separated box for both Trezor? I’m interested to have a share purchased to save money since I don’t get 2 device while I need replacement for my Ledger X.

I’m just interested if this bundle can be shared by 2 person in case the bundle is still come with separated sealed box to maintain the seal and integrity of the device inside.

Trezor still has models One and T taking up space in their physical inventories and this is a great opportunity to offload some of these devices to new customers. In fact, there is nothing wrong with either of the two models besides the lack of a secure element chip and the unfixable seed/PIN extraction vulnerability that comes with them and requires physical access. It's a good opportunity to get them cheap.

I would suggest you direct this question to Trezor's support. Any information you get here about it could be considered unofficial or outdated. What was true a few years ago might not be the case today.

@Wapfika, maybe it would be best to ask their customer support about this question, or maybe someone who has purchased a similar bundle before will answer you. It would somehow make sense to me if each device was in its own separate box, because I assume they are packed in boxes immediately after production.

I went to Trezor website and tried to add a hardware wallet to the cart. A message appears that product is already sold out. Moreover, this happens with any selected device and even with keep metal 20-word. I find it hard to believe that all devices were sold out due to this promotion. You don't have a similar error, do you?

Probably the best solution would be to save the another one for your might be present to someone.

Strange. To test this I just added Trezor Safe 5 & Trezor Model T Satoshi Bundle to the cart to ship to Poland and got the positive result without any errors . Maybe they have restrictions for some country and shows you the misleading notification.

@Wapfika I did reach out to the support to ask them, but I still have not received a response yet. The pages I posted says "What's in the box" and under it, the name of the two devices, so based on that if I had to guess, I would say it's just one box with both devices, but I could be wrong.

If I were you, I'd either keep it as a backup or just do various tests on it ^{[e.g. durability test, stress test and etc]} for fun.

I don't know what it was, but after a while I decided to check again and tried to click the buy button. This time the previous error didn't appear and the next tab for placing an order opened. I suppose it was some kind of temporary glitch (either at Trezor or at me), because "sold out" looked too implausible. Of course, I allowed for the possibility of an increase in sales due to the current promotion, but not to such an extent.

In general, everything is fine: the purchase is available, the promotion continues, "out of stock" is cancelled.

Yes, that's right... The primary reason behind the switch was the lack of firmware updates on Model One ^{[secure element was secondary]}, but I just checked and it appears that Trezor "released an update" after a two-year hiatus ^{[roughly 2 weeks after purchasing my Safe 3]}.

It's highly unlikely that they will run out of devices. They are not selling them at a massive pace and there is enough of them to go around. These discounts will last until 9 April, so there is plenty of time for those who are hesitating whether to take advantage of the deal or not to make up their minds.

Those who have bought Trezor know that this is literally an envelope (albeit one that has internal protection), but I still think that products like this should still be delivered in cardboard boxes that provide much better protection from possible damage.

Nice to see Trezor offering Satoshi birthday discount for bundles, but I am waiting for them to release new device, that is airgaped and have new TropicSquare secure element.

I don't know if anyone else saw this, but I just noticed they released bumper protection for Trezor Safe 3 and Safe 5 devices.
Price is 10 EUR for one piece and they are calling it premium bumper, I didn't know anything made from TPU can be premium
Still this is not bad for people who want more physical protection from scratches, and it reminds me a bit on g-shock watches.

Are they planning to stop supporting Trezor One and, if so, are they planning to stop supporting it with new development or will their Trezor Suite stop working with them? I have a bunch of them that's why I ask.

Sorry what's this vulnerability you 're refering to?

Trezor One and Trezor T suffer from a seed and PIN extraction vulnerability that is unfixable. The devices can't be breeched remotely, but an attacker with knowledge and the needed hardware could manipulate the chip and extract its PIN or seed. The lab hardware needed for that is relatively cheap. This vulnerability is one of the reasons Trezor designed the encrypted micro sd secret to mitigate the problem. Another mitigation option is a passphrase.

I am sure the device will continue to work just fine with Trezor Suite. It would be backstabbing to their users to make it no longer be able to connect to Trezor servers. I doubt that's going to happen. They might not pay that much attention to it for future firmware upgrades, bug fixes, etc.

Yes, even though you could still use the devices with other apps (sparrow, electrum etc). In fact, that's how I use it. I almost never open trezor suite. Even the wallet, I don't create it using the device but a fully airgapped laptop using sparrow. Then I recover the wallet on trezor suite, using the advanced import method so I don't have to type it.

Actually, I don't have any big complaints about Trezor Suite. There is only one thing that bothers me and I mentioned it before. I can only navigate Trezor Suite normally with my mousepad. If my mouse is connected via USB, the software malfunctions and requires 2/3 clicks per action. Other than that, it's fine.
 
If I compare that software to Ledger Live, since I own both wallets, Trezor Suite is the clear winner. It's easier to work with and navigate. It connects through Tor and has a normal coin control feature. Not like the joke of coin control that Ledger Live has created.
