Your hash rate is unrelated to the pool you are using. Are you meaning the hashrate on the site is lower than in your miner?

Yah the site seems to not be working properly. I have pointed about 720 kh/s (2x280x) for about 28 hours and have only received 1.3 VTC instead of the about 4 I should of received in that time (according to website stats). And I am getting low rejected and no HW errors in vertminer.
The main page is also very slow and not reporting hashrate accurately in past few hours.
I will point my miners elsewhere in a couple hours if this keeps up.

Link me your stats and I'll take a look. We did have some bad luck last night. Also, our site is showing approx. 3.3 VTC for someone in your hashrate range. take a look at this guy http://simplevert.com/Vj3ASZ7cmeKDxCUf4fA1eN9p4D6wonBsQWWe have had reports from several people about network issues, and it looks like one of the routers at our DC is having some issues. So we'll be adding geo stratums, probably monday. Hashrate shouldn't ever (to my knowledge) be incorrect, can you provide a screen shot?

http://www.simplevert.com/VnKMWjTes774HaghDkuSLUd5uLRABeoufiI would love to provide a screenshot but I restarted vertminer to try and fix the problem, but now I can't connect to the pool at all. I can connect fine to other multipools, so I don't think the problem is on my end.

That looks about right to me. Looks like you mined with ~720Khash for about 20 hours and will recieve 2.2V from that. Normally you'd expect to see almost exactly about 2.5V for that, but we were a little unlucky during that time period. It looks like you've either had problems with your miner, or connectivity issues, which has caused a lowered hashrate. There is an alert on the site about the connectivity issues, its only effecting a few people, but we are adding geographic stratums to fix similar issues in the future.

Thanks for looking into it.
I can now connect to the pool.
I'm guessing there was some connectivity issues because vertminer was running for well over 20 hours. Maybe shares were just not able to be submitted.
I checked on the miners several times and vertminer was reporting ~720kh/s while the site was reporting far less.
I will continue monitoring it.
Thanks again for the help.

Curious, why is my cgminer reporting block changes for Execoin from Simplevert, which doesn't mine Execoin. Are you by any change quadruple mining?

Do you have a backup pool setup that mines EXE? EXE can't be merge-mined with VTC, so that's just a silly suggestion.

I would love to quadruple mine - but its not possible. The only merge minable coins (atm) are MON and PLX, therefore 3 is the maximum for now. I'd check your miner, AFAIK cgminer doesn't even work for vert - perhaps you are mining on a different pool?

I just don't get that it tells me 'blockchange found for pool 0 (local execoin deamon) through pool 1 (simplevert) Oh well, what´s life without a little mystery. Thanks for the response.

That isn't a mystery. cgminer and derivatives will make use of multiple pools to detect block changes. This is why the readme clearly says not to use on multiple block chains at once (it kinda works, but it's far from ideal). If you're mining at SimpleVert, then it's a good idea to have a secondary pool that is also a Vertcoin pool (active pool + second pool on the same chain!). That way cgminer will use the 2nd pool for block change notifications and not the 3rd (your EXECoin daemon, or whatever else). Basically, cgminer expects that it is only dealing with one block chain. So, if it sees a Vertcoin block change while you are solo-hashing for your local EXECoin daemon, cgminer will think the daemon hasn't received the notification yet (the pool was faster), and consider the block change valid on the EXECoin chain.

London server working great for me. Any chance of vardiff on that server? Payout for blocks 93428 -> 93509 is pending from yesterday. Anyone else notice this?

Hey, glad to hear the London server is working out. We will be adding vardiff to the geo servers at some point, as well as a couple additional geos - but its a lower priority for us atm. Our main focus is on overhauling the backend to be able to support a (potentially) large growth spike from LTC gpu miners. Current benchmarks with the new system are showing that it should be easily good up to ~800Ghash/sec Good catch on that payout (a minor bug was detected and the system auto-locked that payout) - we'll be paying it out shortly.

Yea, I think so. I pretty much exclusively use linux these days, but I've heard from some people that if you use windows and have 6+ cards you might need more 6-8gb of ram

Can you please provide proper stratum reject messages? It's quite annoying not being able to get device specific reject rates.
