At first it was just a repetition of what I’ve read online but now it’s based on experience. When you’re new to gambling and you’re being cautious of the games you play you’ll be in the winning margin and you’ll start to feel like winning the casino is a very easy thing but subsequent when you keep playing you’ll later realized that you’ve moved from the winning margin to the losing margin and you’ll start tend not to realize this easily because once in a while you’d win something good which would take your mind off of the previous games you’ve played and lost.

Like I have said a couple of times these whole thing works on the human psychology and if you’re not quick to catch on with what’s happening you’ll just be losing and still have the mindset that you’re winning.

Yes, you are right. There are many people here who have never gambled themselves. Yet they come forward to advise others. This should not be done. But in my opinion, those who have not gambled themselves may have seen someone close to them gambling and losing repeatedly. That is why they come repeatedly to warn others.

I don't know from which people you heard what you said about gambling: "We can't win in gambling". Winning does happen, that's what I can say, not always anyway. That's the reason you should treat gambling with less expectations. If you win or not, it doesn't make you aggressive because it is a must that your loss in gambling will be higher than your wins. Having that kind of mindset will help you a lot as a gambler so that you will treat gambling differently for fun. Winning or no winning in gambling, you are happy.

I dare not say that we can't win in gambling.  There are conditions to be met to say that the concept is true or false. Yes, we had witnessed people getting bankrupt or suffering financial ruins in gambling but saying that everyone will lose in gambling is an absolute thing is somehow exaggerated.  We also witness people winning in gambling and others even having a life changing wins that made their life a 180 degree turn from being poor to millionaire.

Whether we end up losing or winning oftentimes is up to us.  We have an option to stop our gambling session when we are ahead but many still continues until their bankroll gets busted, so it is really dependent on our decision.

Just a question, Have any of us experienced a scenario in our gambling engagement when we are ahead but still choose to continue until we get busted?  Does it not cross our mind that if only we had stop when we were winning, we might not experienced those losses?

I believe what they mean is that over time you cannot beat the casino, it does not mean you cannot win bets, however, if you are going to be gambling for long enough like me, eventually the casino wins. I have won a lot of bets, but i am sure if a calculation is made on all the bets i have ever made, i would be losing to the casino, so that is it.

For me I will not be discourage because I have witnessed it, not that I was the one that experienced the wining, rather I have seen a lot of people wining from gamble. you know seeing those wining will motivate me to keep trying because I strongly believe that some day that the luck will definitely get to me. I can only find it discouraging when I have no idea about anyone who experience win in gamble, you know sometimes I keep wondering why most people easily jump into conclusion when they have no idea about how it works.

I am as well saying that no one could win in gambling because I have experienced that in my real life gambling. When I keep failing in gambling, what is the wrong in warning others to avoid gambling. Moreover, winning or losing in gambling is not a main motive in gambling, you need to enjoy the process regardless of final verdict. If you are not ready to accept this, you are not fit for gambling world.

Yes that is definitely what comes to mind. But when someone says you can’t win in gambling, I reckon they don’t mean you can’t win in a round of game. Of course there is always a chance of winning. You could win. Other people win. It’s just not gonna be all the time and most definitely it wouldn’t be a guarantee and something you can exactly control.

I have been betting on sports for many years and I have come to realize that it is a fact that the houses always win. These words are not meant to discourage other people from playing, but rather to warn people that they should not create high expectations when they play.
