You are welcome to this forum. I can see your exchange listed on Bestchachange which is nice and an indication that you really want to promote your service. Why not come with a signature campaign on this forum to advertise your exchange service? This will help in letting more people on this forum know you. Just an advice.

1. Think about that domain name (cryptobar.men) please be honest, does it feel to you like it belongs to an exchanger? You might want to look for something more appealing. Leave such domain names to Ponzi schemes and scammers who look for the most cheap alternatives

Yours is a global exchange. Perhaps you might want to reconsider having limited business hours. All top crypto exchanges are open 24/7 unless there's a scheduled maintenance or some unforeseen incidents. Otherwise, anybody across the globe can access their services anytime. How can you compete with your current design?

Also, their "technical support works from 10:00 to 21:00 Moscow time. No breaks or days off."

Does your website require some tracker or cookies to function? I visited it and just got a blank page, not even a closed sign like some people did. It's certainly not a good service if a user can't even navigate properly. It would be even weirder if we needed to register just to view the order book or something similar. I don't think exchanges do that, even the low-tier/shady ones.

Since users are required to contact the chat operator, it would've been better if that part wasn't in Russian when visiting the English version of your platform.

Funny things are they don't even have any privacy policy notice on their website, so hard to tell. They have no orderbook, but yes, one would have to register before using them. The worst thing is that they will ask you for your ID or Driving Licence, but they themselves are not even licence or there is no public information about their company anywhere else.

2. You haven't even bothered to address issues members brought up a while back, then no once can take your exchanger serious or even trust it by send money through it.
