You already proved you can freelance, so the issue isn’t skill, it’s structure depending on one platform is risky, as you found out I’d rebuild around direct clients, maybe niche services instead of general freelancing.

Hi, I am a university dropout. So, I can't do jobs. I have failed doing multiple businesses. Expenses became higher than profit.
I tried freelancing and earn a good amount during 2015 to 2021. Then I got banned from fiverr. Fiverr is not allowing to sell any kind of services.
While Upwork is all about selling their subscriptions and I am unable to crack a job, its been 1 year. I have lost $7500 recently doing forex and crypto trading.

You are yet to understand yourself,  hence all the back and forths you are having with yourself.  You need self discovery.
You need to discover what you love loving the most. An activity that always find yourself doing you do.it rightly.  It could be very very simple activity that you are neglecting and wouldn't have taken note of it. Discover it and started learning how to monetise it. That would bring out your originality as it is something you have are used to doing.

having financial stability in life is hard at the best of times, you are doing your best and still getting up and trying everyday says something about your personality in not giving up.
why not try and do an apprenticeship and re train to do whatever you have a personal interest in. its never to late!

Building names for ourselves with our acquired skills and career is a very good idea that will help keep talented people  focused with or without any favourable circumstances but at times is reduced or limited because of unavailability of capital which is a driving force required to attain such height in life.  
Most leaves there dreamed career and choose working for others off their field of study just to meet end needs all because they lack the capital required to establish themselves as expected which at times stands as a barrier.

When we talk about failure in businesses, at times is caused by diversification from one's career path maybe because we see others doing it
