96.com stole over 30000 USDT from me. Account is disabled and I cannot access it anymore. They didnt provide any explanation and refuse to pay out.

I know there is a representative of this company here, hopefully he can check what is happening and help me fix it

full story of what happened, why you think they closed your account?
your deposits to the site, your withdraws to the site - in graphic images
your username your game play history

that would be a great start.

Not sure what triggered their action, I won a lot over last week, that would be my explanation for now ( one of the biggest wins was bet on the team they sponsor -Burnley, just this weekend)

Deposits to the site

Last one was made on 31st of March - 1770 USDT and 965 USDT on 28th of March

Successful withdrawals:

4500 on 4th of April

They blocked my access to the account and chat support refuse to share my gambling activity and deposits/withdrawals, so I cannot share screenshots of that.

When 96.com representative sees that, I give my permission for him to share that information.

I literally used my account to bet on only major football - EPL, Serie A, Bundesliga-  I was betting on who wins the game and how many goals will be scored.
I dont have multiple accounts, accessed my account only from my PC, always same browser, never used another device, dont use a VPN, I am not located in banned GEO.

Yes, latest withdrawal was pending for 4 days, assumed it's just a delay on their part. Yesterday morning, I followed up with chat support, they said its just a regular delay and they are working on it. Then I have noticed I was logged out from my account and they informed me I was engaged in a fraud, so they confiscate my balance. They refused to expand on that accusation. I am 100% sure I did not break any rules, didnt use any bonuses, never had multiple accounts, my bets were only on the biggest events, few hours before kick off.

I strongly deny any fraudulent activity and believe the decision to restrict my account may have been based on an incorrect interpretation of my betting patterns. If any specific bet of mine was flagged - I am fully open to a review and I will cooperate in any way necessary.

Can you please share allegedly fraudulent bets? Or are you suggesting I was max betting on a winning team in EPL or La Liga and manipulated the odds or the outcome? I went for max allowed bets when possible, that's not against rules, isn't it? I was not exploiting your offer in any way

Not sure how could I fail your compliance process - you have never requested KYC, even before your processed thousands of USD in withdrawal earlier last week. My account is registered with my name, I'm fully open to confirm my personal data and pass KYC, always access my account from one device - my home PC, I am in allowed GEO, never had another account.

While the chance that I guessed the situation here wrongly is somewhat highly-probable, I dared myself to assume from the explanation given by their rep that the situation here is your account being flagged by their provider, so the one who actually investigating is the provider, not the casino. If I am correctly interpreting this, then the casino's hand are also tied. They're also waiting for verdict by the provider, just like you.

So, if I understand correctly the reason of the OP's account was disabled without allowing any withdrawals is because of his sports betting activities and possibly when involving arbitrage or fixed matches? So, could it also be that the OP has accounts with other casinos that uses the same betting provider?

If my assumptions are somewhat correct then the provider should clarify which specific rules the OP allegedly violated. More importantly I think they should explain why it's taking so long to respond and why they haven't followed through on their promise to address the case especially after two weeks of silence as the OP said in his previous post.

I believe this case is still unresolved and we can't guess any conclusions based on the limited information available for now. Hopefully, a representative from the casino will return and provide a detailed explanation of what actually happened, or if thir provider is the one behind all of this.

Interesting point, maybe that's it. Like I mentioned here and in the DM to you, I would like their rep to share my full betting history here, so the public can see it too, as Im clueless what could trigger multiple flags. Worth to mention - betting from multiple accounts with them, would be pointless, as they moved their odds whenever I went all in on a bet. Im 100% sure non of the games I bet on could be flagged for being fixed - I was only betting on mainstream football. Arbitrage betting - also not that, I dont think arbing on winners or over/unders with major football is even possible.
