Fortunejack is scam site. Doesnt pay when I win.

Hello all !
It is me again.
This time I meet a scamsite again . Not BK8. It is fortunejack!
They locked and stolen 452$ from my account.
Description: I joined fortunejack for few months ago with some deposit and withdrawal.My account verified !
Today I deposited 150$ and played live casino : Bacarat.I won 452$. Then i made withdrawal.
But they put my transaction to pending and email to me require KYC. ( I did KYC when i join fortunejack before)
I did KYC again as they request . And few hours pass. They send email to me that my account didnt pass the KYC and lock my account.!
They are scammers! Locked my account and stolen my money with no reason!
I know i cant get money back from these scammers.
I post this topic want to Warning to all people love online games or live casino . Please Stay away this Scamsite! or you will lost money

I’m a little bit confused on your case, You mention on your opening statement that your account is verified yet your problem was locked due to failed verification.

Casino frequently banned user in case they submit tampered or wrong KYC.

There is some valid reason for blocking your account in this way. Usually, betting site doesn't block the account of the users without any reason. Casinos reserve the right to ask the user to complete the KYC verification again even if the user has completed it before. Seems like they have marked your KYC verification as unsuccessful during the second attempt, which has lead to account block. Anyway, FortuneJack representative will obviously make the things clear here. Give them some times.

For the time being though, can you enlighten me the timespan between your KYC got verified and you asked to redo KYC [and failed]? Probably nothing and it's just an interdepartment miscommunication that ADante can hopefully sort out, probably something, just wanted to make sure.

Back then they used to be reliable but these days we can't say much about them. I've also seen some accusations against them despite having their own representative on this forum, however I still hope that OP's problem may get a solutions. I did KYC after i registered fortunejack.
You can see my screenshot. I made withdrawal success some withdrawal before.But the last time i deposit then play bacarat live games. I won and i made withdrawal. They put my transaction pending, request KYC to me. After i send my documents to KYC again. They locked and stolent my account with no payment.
They are scammers!

Aside from your case, which holydarkness is messaging someone about for you, you seem to think $400 is a lot of money. You really think a site is going to screw a player over $400? Maybe a new site that is looking to get some quick depositors and disappear, but a site that has been around can surely afford your $400 wd.

Wait for holydarkness or the fortunejack rep to respond. FYI I am no advocating for fortunejack as they do have a semi shit rep but I don't think they selectively scam folks for a few hundred.

2. My ID full name dont need same the username and email.
3. Only me register and play my account. Not 2 people. And the KYC proccess need upload docs and face. So there are two people ??

Fortunejack explains well their side which is understandable on how they come up with their decision. I remember you encounter same issue with BK8 but this time on Fortunejack due to your failed KYC verification.

Trying to use different identity for your KYC is a serious crime since it only means that you are availing other identity just to verify your account.

If you are confident that you didn’t submit 2 different ID then try to seek help of Casinoguru so that Fortunejack can share the ID that you submit on trusted arbitrator.
