I opened an account at Betpanda.io the last week.

I deposited the equivalent to 400USD aproximately in ETH, and finished the day in 3000USD aproximately.
They blocked my account, and asked me to make a KYC. I made it inmediatly, and now i receive this message after 1 week waiting for them to answer me:

Your betting behaviour was flagged as suspicious by our Sportsbook provider and upon further investigation of both your account and betting activities with our Sportsbook provider, it was determined that you have breached our Terms and Conditions.

For this reason, your account that is registered to this email address will be closed permanently. All the funds and pending bonuses have been forfeited.

We understand that this is not the outcome which you were looking for, but our decision on the matter is final and we will not engage in further correspondence regarding this subject.

As you can see, they stole all the funds, including the deposits.

here we go again with betpanda accusing a player of breaching terms, showing zero proof and confiscating funds including deposit.
if you check their reviews, you will see they do this to so many people it's crazy.

i would suggest you submit a complaint on askgamblers: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/betpanda-io-casino and see how that will go as i don't think you will get anything out of them here on the forum. there was another case like this and it went nowhere.

Another case of the most scam provider of BetBy confiscating winnings from a player ,simply because he is beating the markets and odds that THEY are offering.
Doesn't really matter though , since they are a"well-known" casino with good slots for gamblers to use.

You should insist and ask them which exact clause of the terms of service exactly you breached. At least if they are to block your account plus the winnings, you reserve the right to under which circumstances this happened. Not just generalizing that you breached the terms of service, which is something so broad. What if they just made it up?

What do they mean by this, where they accusing you of arbitrage betting? because it is what it sounds like. It would be nice if they could clarify it.

Why am I not surprised? This is the same story repeated several times. I've seen many complaints in this section about the same issue and the same problem: accounts are always banned after large wins.

This is a common problem at all casinos. Unfortunately, you either lose your money gambling by losing bets, or the site will ban your funds if you win a lot. This is a big problem.

What's worse is that they explicitly tell you, "our decision on the matter is final and we will not engage in further correspondence regarding this subject" This means that the problem is over for them and they are not accepting any further complaints.

May I know if you've previously banned from other casino due to same reason? That the provider deemed you breached their ToS? It is might worth to mention that a provider ban follows you across casinos. I'll try to find something about this, though I can't promise anyone that I'll return with something worth mentioning that'll push this case into any direction.

This is not the reason 100%. btw, I started with cryptobookies not too much time ago, and i'm opening 1 daily, and just 1 out of 10 try to steal me. All the rest pay perfectly. And most of them are Bety clones.

They use more than email address, wallet, and IP to cross-reference accounts. That's a detection on a casino level. A provider, though... I believe they'll use way more sophisticated parameter, as well as the combined fingerprints from the casinos who use their service.

Are you sure you haven't tried to break their terms & conditions? Hope you read them and comply with that. Though the amount of $3K is big for us, it is not a big amount for a casino. They shouldn't scam you for such an amount and ruin their reputation on the forum. So it's necessary to make sure you haven't done anything wrong. I admit most casinos are doing the same allegations and blocking accounts. You should be honest; otherwise it will be hard to find a solution.

I have written their announcement thread linking with this thread. They should come here and explain the situation. Leaving the thread unloved would ruin their reputation, and they might lose potential gamblers from the forum.

You are not doing any justice to yourself and the members here by at least trying to share some evidence. You are not even following a proper scam reporting format that other members have suggested. For some reason, you just keep ignoring it and keep creating new vague scam accusations. Why show we believe that you are the victim every other time?

I don't get why fellow gamblers/bettors are attacking the OP here despite him being another victim of BetBy scam provider.

Yes he is not using the correct scam report format and this is the only thing you can blame  him of but why are you supposing that he "is just playing the victim here" justifying the actions of the sportsbook/casino.

Is beating a sportsbook on the odds/matches that they are offering such a crime for you guys?Is he not allowed to be making money beating the odds of the sportsbook? Shouldn't the casino be obliged to pay the few winners that play there?

I really don't get some of the community members here.

I don't know what he is betting ,but he clearly seems to have an edge over the 2-3 dominant sportsbook providers that are being used by most casino nowadays which is NOT illegal and the sportsbook has indeed the right to block him if they feel like it ,but they should be obligated to pay him the winnings atleast.

Why are you supposing so strongly that he is cheating in some way and "playing the victim"?
