Introduction
Vulkan Chain is a privacy-oriented proof-of-work blockchain that aims to merge privacy, payments solutions and scalability adapted to emerging trends and regulations. The codebase derives from Monero’s code, making Vulkan transactions private and untraceable with the help of ring signatures and decoy addresses.

Uniqueness

What makes Vulkan truly special is its ecosystem. VectorSwap, Vector Wallet and its own overcollateralized stablecoin USDV planned to launch starting 2025 Q3. Backed by a team of highly experienced developers in the decentralized finance space, VectorSwap is planned to act as a bridge between private and non-private blockchains, subsequently enabling USDV minting, burning and payments on the Ethereum ERC-20 and BNB BSC-20 blockchains. USDV does not inherit the untraceable properties of Vulkan (VUK) by default on smart contract capable blockchains, but the Vector wallet offers an option to anonymize transactions to a certain degree using an output mixing mechanism. This feature allows semi-private peer-to-peer transactions while remaining compliant with regulations.

Dev Team Allocation: 12.95 million VUK (approx. 12.45% of total supply)
                                Reduced by 5 million VUK after Staking as funding for Staking Pool, a 40.17% reduction and introduction of a 6.5% block reward mining fee as a long term incentive instead of lumpsum team holding

SCAM WARNING – Community Alert

Everyone, please be extremely cautious: VulkanChain is being run by a known scammer.

The developer originally went by “Devun”, the same person who rugged ZephyrSwap and disappeared with community funds in a past project called zephyrprotocol . After that, he rebranded as “Servgev,” and now he’s resurfaced once again as “SergeyV” to launch VulkanChain.

This is a repeated pattern:

2. Rug the community


3. Disappear & rebrand (Servgev)


4. Launch again (VulkanChain)



This is not baseless FUD. There is plenty of proof connecting these identities and past scams — but unfortunately, I can't post images or screenshots here on Bitcointalk.

If you’re unsure, ask around or dig deeper — you’ll find the connections. This isn’t the first time, and it likely won’t be the last unless people speak up.

A prime selling points of Vulkan is transparency and the implementation of mechanism that reduce developer leverage and continuously growing community decision making power and involvement. Transparency Report and Updates
To further improve transparent relationship between the community and Vulkan developers team took new measures:

> Allocated 5,000,000 VUK to VSP (Vulkan Staking Pool) for the reward distribution mechanism to cut team allocation by 40.1% of total supply
> Locked 1,000,000 VUK until block height 98,000 (approximately 1 month) then locked until height 250,000 if unlock mechanism works as intended
> Another transfer lock of 2,500,000 VUK until block height 475,000 planned after the 6.5% fee implementation and USDV hardfork

Conclusion:
These measures improve transparency, reduce team allocation by a total of 65.64% in the short term, reducing percentage held of circulating and total supply.
Other allocations will be made for community reward programs, airdrops and marketing incentives.
