I think that, as in real life, the contractor is the one that set up conditions. A single individual may have a requirement sheet to be hired, but should have any unique skill or situation that makes him valuable for the contractor.
At the end, noone gives anything for nothing
Be it skills, opportunity or plainly time.
What it leads me to something ive long thought on. Why is not implemented a system in the forum to put "votes" or "value post" contributions? That way we will see less "+1" posts and stuff like that.
Also, employers should be able to discriminate the really insightful poster from the professional spammer that is just here to see if some satoshis drop off the tree.
