What you need to know about Cbex ponzi scheme is that they weren't registered in the first place as a business or any company and for that reason, they have operated as an illegal people and what is not registered as a company or business, the government might not know their existence even though the people have started doing it and funny enough the ponzj scheme lasted for some weeks, and they cat away with that huge amount of money from greedy Nigerians.

Until the funds have actually been recovered and returned to the investors, I will still be skeptical about people getting a refund. We are in Nigerian where the federal government is even broke and looking for where to borrow money. Why you dey blame the government, ponzi schemes dey happen in many countries around the world, the government agencies in charge of things like this cannot take down all of them before they steal from people, but there is a general warning that people should avoid schemes like this and protect themselves.

It will be good for CBEX for investors to remove there mind from anything that has to do with EFCC recovery of any money. Because they were never registered with CAC. I saw a news where an information came out that they were never registered to CAC. EFCC talking to Interpol is over exaggerated by EFCC personnel because we all know this nothing will happen.
