Based on my observations, there are only a limited number of bounty and signature campaigns available these days, and most of the BTC-paying signature campaigns require at least an 'Sr. Member' rank or higher to participate.

So if I may offer some advice.. Focus on ranking up first. By increasing your forum rank, you’ll unlock more opportunities to join these active campaigns.

Normally as is stance now in this Bitcointalk forum Full Member work is not that easy to get, all signature campaigns always welcome from senior member and above. But however, I would advise you don't lose hope, because with time full member work would come, but that doesn't stop you from moving to the next rank. Because the more you contribute meaningfully to the forum the more your growing becomes.

Signature campaign isn't like when you were here. Currently, it's mostly for Hero and Legendary members. Senior members have some campaign running, though. However, since you just came back, it's good that you focus on learning and grow in knowledge. Before you knkw it, your account will grow simultaneously with your knowledge.

 It's rare to see signature campaigns open for full members so just like the others who have advised that you focus more on growing your account to meet the next rank, I think you should also take the advice. Back when I was a member, I kept seeing campaigns being open for full members but the moment I ranked up to full member, the opportunities became slim.
 What I'm trying to say in essence is that don't just focus on ranking up alone so you can get into a campaign but rather focus on the experience and journey of getting into the next rank, because I feel that way you would be able to enjoy your stay here and even though merits won't flow left and right for you, it wouldn't discourage you.

By bounty you mean signature campaigns, right? Because signature campaigns and bounty are two different thing.

Anyway assuming you meant, sigs, yes it has changed quite a bit after the ban on mixer signatures. Back then, there were slots for all type of ranks. Ranging from full member to legendary. But after the ban, a lot brands had to leave the forum. Now all that remains are the gambling, exchange, wallet sigs. But all of then starts from sr or above. There may be some that still accepting  full members. But I doubt there would be any spot available..

AFAIK, the only campaign that is accepting/accepted full members is EVO.io Signature & Avatar Campaign. But all the spots are filled there.

You are back after a long time, so if there is a bounty campaign you may be able to join but not eligible to participate in the signature campaign, no manager will hire you because you have been inactive for a long time. Yes, most Signature campaigns currently hire senior-legendary members. So you try to gain knowledge from this forum, try to rank up your account. And currently bounty campaigns don't pay well, participating in some bounties is just a waste of time. So you should give time to this forum, don't rush, maybe you can get chance from full member rank in future.

Nice answer, but you seem to be stuck on bounty campaigns, those were big in the past, but the scene has moved on. Nowadays, projects focus on different marketing strategies, and ICOs aren’t as popular anymore, so signature bounties are pretty much dead.

If you’re active again, your best shot is to grind hard.. I mean really engage, so you can rank up and get noticed.

You need to be active for at least 30 days, and of course, the quality of posts and adherence to forum rules is a must. And yes, compared to other ranks, Full Member is a very competitive rank, as there are only a few campaigns that offer spots on this rank. Duelbits and Bitvest used to accommodate this rank, but their campaigns were paused. Just hope they will open soon and still accept full members.

Actually the first and second comments on your thread have provided you the link to where you can get what you are looking forward to participate in. However, ranking up to your next rank wouldn't be kind of hard for you when you start improving your post patterns and making posting in boards where merits are given, because that way you could get merited and increase your rank, then also participate on a signature campaign when you have reached a Sr member rank. Although sometimes, campaign managers do come up with full member slot on their campaigns.

If you're looking for an opportunity to apply for a signature campaign, then you go to the service board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 while if you're interested on bounties then you have to seek such on the dedicated bounty section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

However, it is important that you read their requirements before applying first, so that you can know what they want and whether slots are opened or not, signature campaigns on service board pays in Bitcoin while bounties pays in altcoins.

While I cannot blame you for your intentions because you have your rights to your intentions, I can only advise that knowledge is paramount and that should be the first intention you have before a way to earn especially with your current rank. knowledge will put you in a position to make money.
