Jake Paul's boxing saga of using damaged goods with a name continues. Here's another one of them. And it's going to be streaming live on pay-per-view. Jake Paul knows how to make easy money. And he's certainly having fun, too.

Although I'm never a fan of Jake Paul and his fights, I guess, looking at the bright side of it all, at least he's giving expired non-earning fighters a chance to once again climb the ring and make money. It doesn't matter if they look like a clown. At least they're paid well.

Anyway, I saw a Facebook post from Eddie Hall where he said he just got off the phone with Jake Paul, where Jake Paul offered him a fight with a condition that he will go down in round 3. I am not sure how legitimate the offer is, but I wouldn't be surprised if Jake Paul proposed that offer.

If that is the case then all our speculations on the Mike Tyson could be true. That Mike deliberately didn't pull the trigger in that fight as their could be agreement between the two that Jake Paul will win the fight and that Mike will have to last the full fight to get him reported $20 million pay check.

Maybe. We all know perfectly well that it was an exhibition fight, but as a former Iron Mike fan, I liked it anyway. As for this new fight, it's certainly not that interesting anymore. In general, after Mike Tyson, it will be difficult for Jake Paul to find an opponent who is so popular and famous to create a lot of hype around the upcoming fight. Of course, Chavez Jr. is clearly not such an opponent.

There is one opponent, and that is Conor McGregor. We have heard that news that they will be fighting and all of the places it's India. But it was scrapped down perhaps they know that it might not be as biggest if the fight is going to be in the US.

So Jake Paul will have to continue what he is doing best and so he found Chavez Jr. And probably he can still pull that trigger for the fans just like what we thought of Mike. But Chavez Jr. is already way past his prime and this is again for the money.

A fight with Conor McGregor could have been accompanied by a lot of hype, and it might have been interesting, but it probably will never take place. After all, Conor is busy with his own election campaign, for which he even attracted such a celebrity as Tucker Carlson. Conor McGregor is going to become president of Ireland. It would be interesting if he agreed to fight already as president.

Since I've watched his fight with Mayweather, I knew he is a good actor. Even if he wants to win, Mayweather wouldn't take it, even if Jake paid him more, considering his ego. He wouldn't allow his no-loss record to be tarnished, even if it's just an exhibition match or staged. But Chavez might agree, he's got nothing to lose here and might get paid more for doing that.

Didnt get this news or trend will take a look. For me its quite impossible, among all the boxers out there probably his the richest one, and even so theres no match to gain money, he had a lots of business and properties.

But if ever theres a chance that happening his bankrupt, for sure he will change his mind and fight Jake Paul for potential money grab.

Jake Paul has announced his return to the ring and the opponent will be none other than former middleweight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. This is honestly nothing more than another money grab fight. Chavez has recently been in jail, rehab treatment, and a psych hospital. He has not looked good in about a decade and he lost to an old Anderson Silva, who Jake Paul beat in a wide unanimous decision.

This fight is not something to get excited about. Jake Paul has been doing this ever since, fighting old fighters or declining fighters. In this case, he is fighting a guy who has both these traits.
No old and fading fighters will say no to Jake Paul to be their fall guy when he shows the money sign.
I used to admire Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., but after the Martinez fight, I knew his days were numbered and I was right. He was dominated in many of the big fights and lately, fights that he should have won, he blew it.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is not really in the league of his father, Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. The least Junior can do is to make his father proud by beating Jake Paul.

I don’t think Julio Cesar Chavez Jr has fought a fight in 10 years and his last fight was an exhibition for a charity… I think Jake is going to kick his ass, but we’ll see. At least this opponent is younger than Mike Tyson but Jake still has a way to go before he’s fight real professional fighters in their prime.

Probably so. Its always going to start as rumors and then we see him selling his stuff in auction after a few weeks. It was said his watches are being sold. Not me,  . but yeah, and that's why his fight is successful, millions in PPV and even if some of us really hates what he has done, he is raking millions so he wouldn't stop and will continue to look for opponents that has a name.

Yes, so that is already a big name in his resume. Manny Pacman Pacquiao could be one good name to add, we all know that Manny had one or two exhibitions already and maybe he himself is prepping if ever one day Jake will chose him or even his brother. The thing though is that Manny is small at 147-154 lbs, while Jake Paul is huge and fights at CW and HW division.

They certainly were not going to stop after the Mike match and all the attention it got. I personally don't mind him fighting people who are not in top shape, it shows that he understands he's not at that level to box with top professionals. The part I don't agree with is the speculations that some of the fights are faked and the opponents have to sign undertakings. If that's true, it's a huge low.

It's alright if you're going to fight in matches that give you a good chance of winning, but you also need to take on the risk of losing.

If you check how most media outlets are promoting this, it's being built up to be a big fight with so many connections being drawn to Chaves jr's father and his former titles.

He is an entertainer and he wants to generate as much money as possible, so doesn't care much about other things. Is it a shame that he fights retired old fighters? Yes, it is but on the other hand, Jake is doing very well because while people say this, they also happily pay money to buy tickets to watch his fights, so, I'd say, keep doing that Jake.

By the way, to be honest he has also asked for tough fights. One fight that I remember is Alex Pereira. Alex Pereira is 37 years old but despite this age, he is in his Prime right now and he is a very tough contender. If Jake Paul beats him, then hands down he is a really great fighter but I hugely doubt he can beat Pereira, Pereira will brutally knock him out. To my mind, he asks for some tough fights because he knows they aren't gonna happen but makes himself look cool outside.

There's always those who do want to talk shit about generally on have these kind of fights specially involves on Jake but actually you are definitely on point that they do make out those criticisms but ending up on
buying up PPV and just that simply hiding and dont talk about it because they dont want that they do get laughed on. 

New era do have that new fighters on which been that been talked into. Although Mike is a boxing legend and wont be forgotten but as we do go forward then it will be that gradually be patched up into those new known boxers that have been that dominating.

Is he actually a professional boxer? When I checked BoxRec, it only shows one recorded fight, but at 37 years old, he must have had more matches before this. Could he be an MMA fighter instead? Apologies for not being familiar with him; I mainly follow traditional boxing.

After watching Jake Paul's bout with Tyson and coming to conclusion that it was all prearranged and scripted (it was obvious how Tyson refused to land precise blows when he should've), I've come to see any Jake's fight as entertainment. It's just another WWE show, kind of. For anyone who would want to bet on it, at least they know where to place it on. It's all for the money and media exposure. Nothing more to it.

Since Jake is calling out tired hands to box with, I sincerely hope he gets to extend same to Floyd Mayweather Jr, let's see how his money covers that and how he can cajole Mayweather to lose to him.

Until Jake Paul continue to make boxing more popular, attract new people as viewers or into boxing gym (or simply to do any activity than sitting on a sofa all day), I am both hands for Jake. It does not matter if his fights are fake, he is beating old guys. I consider all his fights as entertaining and motivational. And none of his opponent was a regular guy who has put gloves for first time in their life. Rocky is also entertaining movie and Sly isnt a professional boxer, but he has motivated many to go to gym

Chavez Jr. record is only good in his early years of his boxing career, but he faded in the last five years; his loss to Silva marked the lowest point of his boxing career. If Anderson Silva can beat Chavez Jr. why not Jake Paul? This will be a good fight if Chavez Jr. can only bring back his old glory days.
It's going to be a big humiliation to his father's legacy if he loses the fight via knockout. Since Jake Paul is fighting a professional boxer, which I believe is still license, the world governing body should honor this fight where the winner will increase his ranking.
