I was scammed by betpanda.io

Hi,

so i was scammed 792 dollars by betpanda. Im just betting low odds tennis most of the time so i dont know what happened. I wanted to withdraw some of the money but like 1 minute after my account got blocked and i got this email:

Hi,

As part of our commitment to a secure and fair environment for all Betpanda players, we and our partners regularly review account activity.

During a recent review, your account was flagged by our Security Team due to concerns that may be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Please provide the following documents within 5 days of receiving this email:

* Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.

* Video Verification: A single, uninterrupted video showing your face from the front and side, followed by you stating:
""I have read and fully understand the Betpanda Terms & Conditions. I am not part of any betting syndicate activities, and I fully understand the consequences of such actions. I also understand that Betpanda has the right to decide if the account should remain open after such suspicions at their own discretion.""

* Proof of Address: A utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current residential address.

* Proof of Payment: A screenshot of deposits to your Betpanda account, with the crypto address and amounts clearly visible.

These documents can be securely sent by replying directly to this email with scanned copies.

Please rest assured that all personal information will be handled in accordance with our data protection policies.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our platform. If you have any questions or require assistance with this process, please feel free to reach out to us at support@betpanda.io.

I asked them kindly to tell me what my breachment was but i didnt got any answers since then. Just stay away from those scammers and everyone defending them r also scammers .

have you done the KYC, video verification, proof of payment and proof of address that they asked? I'm sure if you didn't do anything wrong providing the things they requested wouldn't be much of a problem.

just curious, when did they sent this email to you? I mean, it would be for your best interest to provide the documents they asked before the deadline.

If they require a video verification then unfortunately that's the route you have to go through otherwise they have their rights to reject you and you can not do much too.

Oh, ok, just a reminder that don't be surprised if they just consider the case closed since the gambler failed to fulfil the request.

Just to be clear, I am not siding with the casino or anything, I am just saying what could happen if you didn't comply with their request.

So... basically it's too soon to raise this scam accusation thread as you're currently yet to provide what they asked, thus they are not withholding your account not for no reason?

If you don't mind help us understand, why do you refuse to do video KYC? You've sent everything, so basically --safe to say-- they know who you are and what face they'll expect to see in their screen during video KYC. You have no more thing to hide [to protect your privacy] from them. Unless... that face is currently not possible to be presented to live video conversation for one or two specific reason?

You agreed to their terms and condition, so when they ask for KYC verifications, you should comply and send what is required and not just creating a scam accusation. You haven't been scammed yet, if that's what you are thinking.

Well, there must be a reason why you are not doing video verification, right? They won't "scam" for such ridiculous amounts. Requesting KYC is the most normal thing and it's written in their TOS. If you don't want to do it it's up to you but then don't cry and make a scam accusation. If you choose to play at a site you know too well that KYC can happen, it's nothing new.

You had another problem with a different casino in the past, only coming here for scam accusations is also kinda funny.

OP, can you update us with this situation? If your case is yet to be resolved, I am currently have a representative of betpanda in my contact and can escalate your matter to them, kindly shoot me a PM with your betpanda ID or your email, or anything that betpanda use to identify their player.

If by my next sweep there is no update from you, judging from the narrative of your "case" here where your accusation is they ask for KYC and you refuse, I'll mark this as resolved.
