Hello everyone,
I’d like to report a serious issue with BC.Game. I received the 200% LCFC New User Bonus, which required 10x wagering at minimum 1.5 odds. I followed all the terms carefully and finished the wagering as required.
However, the system still shows the bonus as incomplete, even though the support chat admitted I had completed the wagering. They asked me to wait 48 hours for it to reflect but it’s now been over 4 days with no update, and support has gone silent or copy-pastes vague replies.
I have proof:
Screenshots of my bets (all qualifying)
Chat logs from support confirming I completed the wagering
I believe this is unfair and misleading behavior from the operator. Players deserve better clarity and transparency.
I’m attaching screenshots below. I urge the community to be cautious and would welcome any advice on how to escalate this further.

You made a scam accusation and you also have proof. Why are you not posting the proof as well to make your accusation believable. There is no harm in doing that if your accusation is genuine, this can also get the BC game support in the forum to follow up on the issue and have it get worked on as soon as possible. I have a suspicion I know what the problem is. When you are betting sports they only count a certain amount of your bet towards bonus wager requirements. So even if you bet 100$ , only 50$ of those 100$ are registered. Also, sports only counts 50%, meaning if you bet 10$ only 5$ go towards the requirement. With all this, if you bet big, like 100$ (and the max that counts is only 50$) only 25$ will be registered. I had the same problem before, basically had to wager double the amount to unlock my bonus. You should check the requirements again, maybe you will find those numbers. I can't check anymore since I closed my account with this site but I am sure it's still the same.

I am on the same page with AHOYBRAUSE above, it seems the situation is as simple as you're yet to meet the wagering requirement, and support assuring you that you've met it was because they probably didn't [couldn't?] check an in-depth into your betting history as they'll need other division's authorization. Below is the wagering contribution of each games to the sum of your wagering requirement:  Do you mind to check if you've indeed meet the requirement? Support confirmed this in the live chat (screenshot attached), but my bonus has not been unlocked. Since then, support has ignored my follow-ups.  ,  ,  ,  . There is one big thing you have to know. The live chat support is ABSOLUTELY useless! When I spoke with them about the same thing months ago they also said the requirement is done. You know why they say that? Because first of all they don't know the rules themselves, and they want to close support tickets as fast as possible. Never take any info you get from them as a fact, because most of the time they know nothing. That was one of the main reasons I left BC and my relatively high VIP account (platinum 61) behind. If even the support is telling you nonsense what else can you believe. Better to take the business somewhere else.

Thanks everyone for trying to help I really appreciate it. Even if the issue with partial bet counting is true, I still wouldn’t be able to finish my wagering. After I started asking support for clarification, I was blocked from placing any sports bets due to an alleged “odds exploitation,” which I didn’t do. Now I can’t place any sports bets at all, and since the bonus is only valid for sports, I’m completely stuck. I reached out to support, but they told me they can’t help. I’d be truly grateful if the bonus could be switched to another wagering method before it expires, because the deadline is approaching fast. The bolded kinda tells if he was able to see his progress, then he is an asshole who we shouldn't be helping because he is just trying to pressure the casino to get paid before completing terms. Kinda like an i'll show you scenario, you'll pay me or i'll make you look bad. Looks like he is the 1 looking bad. With that being said, OP if you had no clue how to read or see your bonus progress you could have made a thread and asked how to see? You could have messaged support and asked how to see( although according to some support is useless). You could have messaged the casino rep here and asked how it worked and where was your progress. Instead you went straight to the worst case scenario and accused the casino of wrongdoing. Your actions also convince me that the casino is likely correct that you exploited odds somehow and I would just tell you sorry we cannot help. Luckily for you, I am not the 1 handling your case and holydarkness is using his time to give you a chance.

I followed what's instructed by the support below,  And yes, it shows our "progress", more or less. Not a progress bar, at least not that I know of, given I didn't activate any bonus, nor have I ever, given I barely play on BC, but certainly enough to give players at what status their bonus's wager fulfillment is, as shown below

I really appreciate holydarkness for stepping in and spending time trying to help clarify and possibly resolve this. As Zwei pointed out, I received inconsistent responses from live support, which genuinely made me think it was a system/back-end issue. That’s why I kept asking not out of bad faith, but confusion and concern.

Yeah, misunderstanding happens. Do you mind to inform us on what other casino do you have accounts and/or actively betting on sports? And do you have similar problem, like the one here, but with other casino in the past?

I've inquired and they told me that they'll try to escalate this to the department handling it [well, all they said is "our team", so I actually have no idea which department this is that need to be convinced] and give their best to propose the alternative of fulfilling your wager. One thing to stress though, even they also told me that they can't promise much. I'll update once I hear from them, shouldn't be long, as I told them that we're running with a timer here, so they reached whichever department handling the plea right away.
