Life happens at times to the point were
happiness, joy, kindness and on appears
useless and non existence. There's that quest
to overcome this times and seasons, some of
which were somehow a direct reciprocal of our past
whereas others or most are uncontrollable life
events.
TAKING ACTION IS AN ANTIDOTE TO ANXIETY u
don't need go to any pharmacy to get this drug...
Action can range from making or picking that call,
 taking a walk, even quitting that job and many
more action that has a direct relief from anxiety..

Taking action in times of anxiety is not as easy as you make it to sound, when somebody is demoralized it won't be easy to take actions by themselves. Sometimes what they need most is reaching out, like having their loved ones around them to give support or talking to a professional. Going through anxiety and depression by oneself can lead to harmful thoughts because they might not be reasoning well. They can make spontaneous decisions that they will later regret or even lead to death, it's best to confide on trusted family and friends at such times. It takes extraordinary strength to go through anxiety and stress by oneself, if you can't confide in anyone then you need to stay very strong to go through the journey alone.

anxiety is not the pain of being physically hurt, but the mental state of preparing for something bad to happen

the antidote is to catch yourself in the moment realising its happening and to truly look around your personal space of 6 feet around you and see if the threat is there or not.
telling yourself its ok to calm down a little as the threat is not imminent.
then look at a further distance, the next room, out your window, again repeating that you can calm down a little more, the threat is not nearby.
allow yourself to realise the threat is not coming now

then instead of threats put together a mental gameplan/action plan of possible escapes, avoidance of whatever it is that causes the anxiety
allow yourself to realise the threat cant hurt you as you now have ways to avoid the thing you fear

eg, if its big crowds, know where the quiet area's/exits are
if its a nasty individual (boss, co-worker, relative) think of a positive non-trigger conversation (make it a comedy) playing out in your head where you make them laugh. and be prepared to have phone to record them for security

whatever it is, find solutions to it so you dont have to worry, because if you have a plan you dont need to worry
keep telling yourself nothing is going to happen, you have a plan, its ok to relax

Anxiety can be a real problem for a lot of people. There are many ways to help overcome it though. You can take anti anxiety pills but if you prefer to try & deal with it naturally there is not much better than getting outside in nature, get some fresh air. Some people like to exercise which can help stress levels. Socialising also helps, anxiety can be tough but there are things that can help, you may need to try lots of things to see what works for you.

Anxiety a lot of the times is quite circumstantial, such as financial problems, giving a speech, a legal court case, and so on.

Feeling more prepared for what comes is a great way to feel less anxious. I have felt a little anxious about life in general and found that facing my fears head on, a very difficult challenge, did lift a lot of that anxiety. Build self confidence starting by knowing who you are and what you want from life is important for that.

Feeling like you are doing everything you can for the given circumstance is the best way to reduce anxiety.

Of course many foods or nutrients can help with anxiety like Chamomile tea, melatonin before bed, CBD, Skullcap, Passion Flower, Ashwagandha, and Lemon Balm. All of these things could even be taken together, though I can't say I've ever tried them all at once.

At the early stage of anxiety, when you're feeling pressured or feeling different, or you begin to think about one particular issue and feel like there's no way out, I strongly advise talking to a friend, a family member, or just someone who can fit in as a support system. Taking actions when you're in anxiety or probably slipping into depression is difficult. Personally, you need someone to pull you out.

Testimonies from people who have overcome depression show that they had people shining light on them, their dad, mum, siblings, friends, or partner. Alone, they might take rash negative actions when they were in a dark place, so, speak up!

I believe the person facing anxiety needs to take the first action, which is speaking up to someone, someone who can be there for you and help you. You need help; you can't do it all on your own. Some situations can become overwhelming, and at that moment, you can't think of anything positive again. So, you need someone who is in a better frame of mind to shine light on you.

a lot of people tend to not realize that sometimes anxiety gets so bad that it manifests itself physically as in you can’t breathe or you can’t move this is what we would call an anxiety attack and when you end up like that it’s hard to get out especially without anyone there to help you

Fear of the unknown is the main cause of anxiety. When you fear that something will not turn out well, you become anxious. I have battled anxiety all through my life because I am always fearful of what the future holds.

But I have been able to subdue it with the mentality that I cannot control everything about my life. I have decided to do my best to make things to work out well and careless about the situations I cannot control. I have learned not to worry about my security in a society filled with criminal activities because I cannot control these happenings. I have learned not to worry about the effect of Trump tariff war in the price of Bitcoin because I cannot control these policies..

Do we have Pills to cure anxiety?, I have not seen such pills and even if it does exist how would it make the person feel after taking it because not all the anxiety are pills curable, there might be some anxiety that's caused by bad experience from people and there is no how pills can cure it because is only the person that will have the strength to physically fight to overcome it. However the exercise can do better than any pills because no matter the part of exercise the person is doing it will definitely change the moment and brighten them up but when someone choose to stay alone it might definitely not going to put an end to it.

Socializing and exercising is definitely something which can help to relieve anxiety, actually it is something which is medically proven to help and recommended by psychologists and psyquiatrists alike, but sadly not all people have the time or money to socialize as much as they need or go to the gym.

Also, taking action could be a good advice to fight anxiety if we believe to be stuck in a situation in which we believe we cannot escape but actually we can, we just need to take the step forward and we will see there is a whole world of good experiences and kind people to be meet, instead whatever makes us anxious.
