Alright, so I’ve seen my fair share of meme coins pump and dump over the years. Usually, they’re all hype, zero product. But I came across one recently that made me pause — Happy Balloon Dog.
Yeah, the name is ridiculous. It’s a balloon dog. You tap it. That’s the game. It screams "exit scam with extra steps." But here’s the twist: the app actually works. It's smooth, doesn’t crash, and rewards convert to a token that’s already trading on MEXC.
It launched at $0.04 and (somehow) hit $15. Wild. That’s over 37,000% if you caught the bottom. I didn’t go heavy, but I did throw a little at it just to see. Now it’s one of the better-performing bags in my portfolio... which I honestly wasn’t expecting.
I’m not saying this is the next DOGE or anything, but it is one of the first meme projects I’ve seen recently that’s gone beyond just vibes. Doesn’t mean it’s sustainable but it's at least interesting.
Curious if anyone else here looked into it or if I’m just getting soft in my old trading age 😅
