Hey everyone,

I’ve been a quiet reader here for a while, but I wanted to share something that happened to me and hopefully get some advice. I’m not here to blame anyone or make drama — just genuinely don’t know what else to do.

On April 20th, 2025, I won $17,857 USDT playing Pond of Plinko on BC.Game.

Right after the win, I requested a $15,500 withdrawal, but a few minutes later it was refunded, and then my account’s withdrawal access got suspended.

They asked me to complete KYC the same day, which I did with correct documents.

Since then, I’ve contacted support several times. They always say “please wait” but nothing is moving forward.

Also, just to clarify — I didn’t use any bonuses, the win was 100% from regular gameplay.

Has anyone else gone through something like this? Any advice or ideas on what I should do next?
It’s really frustrating to be stuck like this, and any help would be hugely appreciated 🙏

It’s really frustrating to be stuck like this, and any help would be hugely appreciated 🙏
I've seen a lot of complaints that have been posted here where accounts get locked/suspended/frozen after asking for a withdrawal or after being asked to do KYC. My advice to you, since this happened a few days ago(based on your post), I'd suggest giving it more time. I have a feeling they are investigating something, hence the delay or suspension of your account.

I'll mention @holydarkness since he has contact with someone in BC.GAME team, he might be able to help you get your issue resolved.

Thanks for getting back to me! 🙏 You're right - I probably just need to be patient. It's just making me a bit nervous since I haven't heard anything at all, and this is new territory for me with BC.Game. I've played on tons of other sites before and never run into this kind of situation.

I somewhat sure the situation here is the provider asking for investigation, since it happened following a big win, thus BC has no other way but to comply, and the "long" delay was due to the provider taking their time to look into what they need and want to look into.

That's completely depend on the provider, it's in their hand now. Assuming the scenario is just as what I guessed, that it's an inquiry of investigation made by the provider. For now, though, I've reached my contact with your UID and they'll going down to it to get more insight on what's happening. I'll update you once I've got an update.

Oh, as a side note, commenting about your "tons of other site and never run into this kind of situation", it's basically common situation here on this board, an investigation inquired by a game provider following a big win, which lead the player to be panicked [understandable, though] and wrote here. It's a common occurance shared by many casinos.

If I may suggest, "lock-down" your BC account until we can sort this out. Don't do any more game that'll just gamble your winning away. Just sit and wait patiently. If you do nothing wrong and the bets are clean, you'll get your fund in whole, so there's no need to risk losing them all due to an antsy fingers.

It's completely depend on the providers. Days, weeks. It's really depends on how long and thorough their investigation is. Yours though, seemed to take five days, maybe four.
