We’ve found that taking a percentage of deposits is a more competitive approach—especially since some companies are charging $40–$60 just for a single card, which we feel is a bit excessive.
5% for a 1k max deposit is $50, so basically, you are in the same spot as the competition. Since some of your competitors have no fees at all for deposits or 1%.
Our cards are one-time prepaid cards. The limit refers to how much you can load per card—each card can hold up to $1,000, with a maximum of $10,000 in total card creations per month.
Ok. However, can I load my card multiple times until I reach the limit, or not? If I can, then the 5% is more than big that it is already.
If you'd like to go beyond the $1,000 limit per card and increase your monthly cap, we do offer a KYC option, which would require your ID, SSN, and a selfie holding your ID.
Ok. And what exactly can this option offer? I mean it's a different "plan".
