It took me a while to read it all, it's a pity sometimes you don't know what country it's about. What I understand is that governments, on the whole, don't want bitcoin as a currency and are making it difficult for merchants to accept bitcoin or are banning transactions altogether. But users get around these problems by exchanging their bitcoins for local currency to buy in local shops. In this case, P2P is preferable, as it prevents the bank from panicking, denouncing the transaction or freezing the bank account.

By passing through a bank account, the transaction becomes official and can also generate a tax, because if a government can't ban bitcoin, it might as well tax it (as in France, for example). And like taxing capital gains on purchases made with bankcards, France has chosen to ban bankcards.

Bitcoin is truly unique in being both an object of speculation (taxable) and a currency. As a result, it's the subject of much debate among governments, which don't know what to do (tax it, ban it, punish users ....).

I don't think they don't really like Bitcoin, but rather they don't understand about it. Because what they knew is Bitcoin is used for illegal activity and risky asset due to  volatility that's why they always have bad thoughts about its acceptance also adoption.

But if they have this open for development and form a group of experts that study this coin and how they can take advantage with its adoption then provably that this old fashion official will never think negative on Bitcoin but rather they create certain good laws that can help their people to adopt and been accept by merchants as alternative payments for their businesses.

For now everything is subject for debate, but its good that we see USA taking good steps for adopting Bitcoin and this is good indication that there are more better things will happen for Bitcoin in future then maybe we could see that Bitcoin will be used easily to buy things that we want on offline merchants near us.

For a government, the question is not whether or not it likes bitcoin. It's knowing how to regulate something that is both an object of speculation and a currency. In short, a hybrid. (Of course there's already the forex market, but the volatility isn't at all the same as on the cryptocurrency market).  Governments are realizing that banning bitcoin is not very “productive”, since users will circumvent the ban. But how to tax it effectively? And is it logical to tax a currency? In short, these are all questions that give rise to numerous debates and laws, as we have seen.

There are so many different rules in different countries, sometimes even BTC is banned, yet there are still BTC transactions in these countries. How does it work? Is it easy to sell btc in your country, or to buy something with it? What have you bought, for example? Or what are you planning to buy?

Sorry, I can't say where I live right now, but I can say in my own country you can have p2p deals in bitcoin,n and buying a house with bitcoin is not something supering but still the goerments is trying to track the transactions and milk money from people buy the tax they usually get.

But do you know that it was then, not now, most of the countries that ban bitcoin in their region has uplifted such bans on Bitcoin since they started noticing the economic important of Bitcoin, because I know quite well that bitcoin is good is good and why some people campaigns bad about bitcoin that makes people to be afraid of Bitcoin is due to people is unaware of Bitcoin and not most people know that bitcoin can use as country boasting economic factors, so I know very well that bitcoin investment is very important and it can help to resurrect economy, many countries now allows bitcoin to exist

Bitcoin use is easy especially when selling it so Bitcoin spending is really not hectic in my country the problem lies in awareness why I said so is because most businesses owners are not too fully aware of the potentials that Bitcoin has that is why most business owners has not started accepting bitcoin when transacting business, if business owners can accept bitcoin it be a huge success because it will promote more people to use bitcoin so in my country the problem lies not in people but business owners as the probability of seeing a business owner that accept bitcoin is low as there are few business owners that accept bitcoin

You are right. The issues is ignorance, many business people are not aware of bitcoin that's why they can't use it as part of payment in their businesses. Although some knows about it but they are just scared to using it because they can't make any transactions with fiat currency that will be related to crypto because of the CBN policy.
However, it's easy to spend BTC through p2p transactions and this has been the major method we have been using to exchange our crypto. Unless you luckily see someone who's willing to exchange his fiat or crypto with you outside p2p, because currently majority of people are still holding their Bitcoin.

Yes it is fairly easy to buy and tell and even trade Bitcoin for items etc. Have used Bitcoin to buy coins and also have sold small amounts a few times as well but I try to hold on to my coins and  lean away from the spending

There are many countries that have not yet legalized Bitcoin, and in those countries, it is better to keep the issue of Bitcoin secret. Because many governments think that if Bitcoin becomes their official currency, they will lose their own currency and so they highlight the negative aspects of Bitcoin, so it is better for us to avoid them, while there are many countries that have legalized Bitcoin.

Bitcoin will never replace any currency 100%. It will only be a good alternative to everything Fiat eventually. Because now, it isn't suited to be used as such at all - for daily transactions, for example: the fees would be too big (if we are talking about the use without the LN).
