Hi everyone,

I’m writing to share my recent experience with BitStarz and get some advice.

Around 8th April, I won a significant amount using a free bonus on BitStarz. Unfortunately, I later realized I had mistakenly placed bets over the maximum allowed amount during bonus wagering. I immediately acknowledged the error, apologized, and appealed to their support team for a goodwill consideration — understanding that I made a genuine mistake and expressing my willingness to accept a partial payout or even just the return of my deposit.

Since then, it has been over three weeks of back-and-forth emails. Every time I follow up, I receive polite but vague responses saying my case has been “escalated” to a different department, but no clear resolution or timeline has been given.

I have been extremely patient and respectful throughout this process, but the lack of communication and transparency has been disappointing. As a new and honest player looking for a long-term casino relationship, this experience is making me question whether BitStarz is handling this fairly.

I’m not here to bash BitStarz — I just want to resolve this properly and warn other players to be cautious when dealing with bonus terms and customer support.

Has anyone else experienced similar delays with BitStarz bonus disputes or account reviews?
Any advice on how to escalate this further would be greatly appreciated.

So to make the story short... you broke the rules, right? You admit that?
And if that’s the case, then the casino isn’t really required to pay you.

But now, since you won, you’re asking if maybe they could at least give you a portion of the winnings, or some kind of consolation prize, just so you don’t walk away with nothing. Did I get that right?

If you think they aren't making any effort then you should take it up to the scam accusations section. But then, your post here has already justified that you are at fault then if they decide to credit you the winning then you should be lucky enough, I believe they are deliberating on how to handle your case knowing too well that you broke the rules, so I didn't think it's something you should worry about since that is deposit bonus you used in staking your bet.

But wait a moment, what happened to other reputable casinos; stake.com, bc.game, rollbits, Duelbits, metawin, bitcasino or even Betfury, as this site you mentioned are somewhat new to my earing maybe it could be that I haven't came across them here.

To be honest, there is not much that can be done other than waiting for their decision. But yeah, I understand that it can be frustrating to wait, especially if it's already been 3 weeks and there is still no ETA, and the support is not really helping.

Any advice on how to escalate this further would be greatly appreciated.
You can try posting this on casino.guru, they might be able to help you get Bitstarz's team's attention about your case. Just to be clear, I am not certain if casino.guru accepts this kind of issue.

You are likely going to be told sorry you broke the rules and there's nothing they can do for you. It's your duty to know the terms of the bonus before accepting it. Of course you could get lucky and they refund your deposit, but the odds are not in your favor. Hopefully it wasn't a significant amount and you can chalk it up as a lesson learned.

You could try casino gure as another member has mentioned or ask gamblers and see if they can mediate.

i don't understand casinos that have max bet amount terms for bonuses but don't hardcode them to make sure there is zero chance a player will go above it.
like obv, if you set no limits, some players will break the terms by mistake.

i checked their bonus terms (https://www.bitstarz.com/bonus-terms-and-conditions) and apparently, if you give up your bonus, you can get your deposit back.



Any advice on how to escalate this further would be greatly appreciated.
i know you already been waiting for 3 weeks, but i would say wait a bit longer and see if you get an answer soon.
