I agree, if you know how to budget, you'll not panic even if the market starts to dump so heavily. You have a tracker to follow and that won't hit your holdings such as with Bitcoin. This is not understood by other investors because what's on their mind, any amount that they have kept in Bitcoin, they can pull and sell it anytime they wish to. While that's true but they cannot guarantee if the value in that time they need it is worth it or if they're in profit. If those are the usual times that they need it and we're in a bear market, they'll regret it even more in the future when the price goes double, triple or even more.

It's always better to invest based on your budget rather than investing with a huge amount that comes with a high risk as well especially if you are investing an amount more than you can't afford to lose since that amount is highly intended to pay for your bills or for the emergency funds for your family. As long as you touch the money that is above your budget, know that whatever the outcome is, it will affect you mentally and emotionally.
