Always verify the address by checking the entire characters
This is what address poisoning attacks hope for. To be thorough: check the entire address.
Correct I will fix the wording.
Beyond poisoning, users must be wary of clipboard hijackers . These are malicious programs (malware) that monitor your clipboard. If they detect a copied wallet address, they silently replace it with an attacker's address.
Always perform a "Sanity Check":
1. Copy the address.
2. Paste it into your transaction field.
3. Manually compare the pasted address (entire) against the source address one more time.
