Yes, strategies are always a must when gambling, otherwise the entire bankroll may be spent in a matter of few bets. When I didn't know any strategies, I tried placing some bets on dice game in different days and always lost money. It led me to think what was the point of that game, since it looked a dumb thing which only drained money from players, besides asking myself why people were addicted to that in order to place several bets in real time.

Yes bankroll management strategies are always better than having no strategy at all, if you want to avoid losing large amounts of money. Checking how good your strategies are is also part of the fun, mostly when you win you will be excited about your win and how good your strategy is but the point whereby your strategy isn't given you the kind of results that you are expecting you will try many other strategies you know and if they don't work you will focus on random wins which barely show up. There are so many things that I like about how the op churned out his points. And if you follow it, you will find out that he is correct. At least a poor strategy can be improved upon in the next game but a no strategy cannot even be improved upon. Because there would be nothing to learned.
