You are right, both small investors and institutional investors alike use this method to increase their holdings on a regular basis and their buying target regularly. Investors portfolios can show nice price declines at the end of the cycle. Continuing to accumulate Bitcoin in a regular DCA strategy and increasing the cycle will result in more average prices going down.
