Really? Why compare it to an ATM? That doesn’t even make sense. An ATM gives you cash, while a slot machine eats your cash. Totally opposite ...

The government should have a very strict control over slots and places where they are installed. Many years ago, when slots were popular and installed everywhere, I manage to find one even in swimming pool cloakroom, saw often them in neighborhood small shops, on train stations - they were installed randomly and now I think installation was completely uncontrolled. I saw this about twenty years ago. Then it was banned, because a lot of people got into gambling addiction and went into debt to recoup. I don't think it's a good idea to put slot machines like ATMs in public places. There must be a specific place for slot machines so that, for example, minors cannot play.
