Can someone please help me install basicswap?
I used the instructions on the website for installing, but I did not start to start basics wap.

- Windows: "You should use the installations.exe", but there is no installations.exe at all for download.
- Linux with Docker: It just doesn't work. And the instructions are insufficient.
- Linux Bash: It can be installed, but not starting.

I would be happy if someone can help me, thank you!

I think I tried installing it sometime back and was successful, but I was left with that part where I had to sync the blockchains. The installation is lengthy but pretty straight forward if you carefully follow the instructions and have all the dependencies set up.

Maybe I will try out installing it again soon once I have my Linux reinstalled.

Could you tell us what challenge or error you are getting that makes you fail to install?

So I came the most Basicswap-Bash https://github.com/nahuhh/basicswap-bash
It was installed, but the start command "Basicswap-Bash" does not work.

------- Completed -----------

I was helped in the chat from Basicswap.
The boys are very nice and helpful and quickly found the solution!
It is now running for me!

My Linux is a bit strange and needs a different starting command:
"$ Home/.local/bin/basicswap-bash"
It also runs with Linux-Mint

I tried installing and using BasicSwap last year and I also had some issues with installation.
This was fixed somehow, I don't remember how, but than I had issues with long syncing time.
BasicSwap sounds good on paper, but I think it is still in beta phase and not ready for wider usage.
It does have great rating at kycnot.me so maybe they improved some things.

Can someone please help me install basicswap?
Can you say if there are active offers for Litecoin (mweb)?

Thanks for posting that you were able to get support and find a solution. I'm compiling this soon too, so it's good to have this here in case I need the same debugging.

If OP isn't back, I'll let you know. I should be compiling this in roughly the next week.

I didn't add Litecoin as a coin. So I don't know.

Oh good that someone from the team is here. I would like to know how to add my local Bitcoin core via RPC?
I already have a fully syncronized BTC node. Why does BasicSwap create its own? I don't have the space to save the blockchain a second time.
