Just curious, is the image you share on "PM/Chat Logs" the only conversation you've had with their support?
I am assuming they are investigating something, but it is concerning that this has been going on for 7 months, and they didn't even maintain contact with you or make contact with casino.guru and askgamblers when they contacted them after you posted your issue there.
Anyway, I'll try to PM their forum representative, perhaps they might address this issue if they see the message when they log in to the forum again.

If you check their ratings on askgamblers/casinoguru you can see that they won't care about their reputation. The amount of players scammed is absurd.
All casino even the most established have a lot scam accusation on cg and ag because most of the cases doesn’t have enough evidence that will make casino suffer with bad reputation. Betpanda is active here especially on promotion. The representative might give us a clear update on what’s really going on your case. I’m interested to see if betpanda will answer old concerns on the forum.

Sadly, just like you there is not much that we can do here, I already their representative a PM but there is no way knowing when they'll log in and see the message or if they will address this case after seeing the message.

I think you should add some more context on your activity on their site : some sort of chronological history of your betting activity after the deposit, if you were doing sportsbets, eventually what kind of ( I mean main events or secondary sports that sometimes are involved in fixed matches), rather than playing casino games or both; if you claimed welcome bonus or other kind of bonus/promotions ( that in my experience are the main reason of accounts being blocked/limited) or if you deposited and played straight away; if your bankroll growth was due to a big win or if it was a steady one... Just to allow us to have a wider picture of the whole situation.

Just wondering, why have you waited 7 months before creating this thread? Up to 3 months is more than enough time for investigation or security check. They have taken too much time already. As 'Zwei' has said above, you may not see any positive outcome here. Moreover, they won't refund your deposit. And you won’t get any proper explanation from them. Their reputation is too bad in the mediators as they always fail to provide evidences to justify their decision. You will find most of the complaints as unresolved against Betpanda in the mediators.

I made a deposit, and in around a week made sportsbets/casino gambling. When i reached a good balance (within a week) i requested my first and only withdrawal. My bets were essentially made in esports, no matchfix at least to my knowledge, and if I remember correctly it was a casual balance grind, no "big" win. I am saying this is true because upon checking the Betpanda thread and the Betpanda account you mentioned it was created last December 2024, which was 6 months ago and your case is already 7 months old. So theyre not active here the time you got this issue in your account. Upon checking the Betpanda account here, they are replying in some scam accusation threads, so they will likely address this as well. I hope that if you're not truly cheating the casino, you can recover your funds eventhough it was 7 months ago. It makes sense that AskGamblers and Casino Guru are not as valuable compared to bitcointalk. lol

Well, I may not know how long this has been lingering but you should have first Posted on their Ann thread to drag their attention before creating this accusations, again why did you pass kyc before going further making deposit since casinos are very much sensitive whenever there is a huge winning from their site and they wouldn't be that taking things slightly with you whenever funds is involved.

Betpanda team give replies to the scam accusations here, but they have failed to provide necessary details to justify their decision always. They also confiscate the deposited funds of the user by highlighting their terms, which is pretty much unfair. You won't see this type of practice on most other casinos. Personally, I consider Askgamblers, CasinoGuru or other popular mediators as a better option to solve the disputes. Because, both parties (casinos and users) don't share the sensitive information here. Betpanda team have ignored OP's complaint on both Askgamblers and CasinoGuru. OP might get a response here regarding his issue, but the chance is very low to see the decision in his favour.

Apologies for the delayed reply and the inactivity of our Support in replying to your case.
However, the details I can provide you with are as follows:
The clause of our Terms & Conditions which was breached is the following one:
5. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
In the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account.
Our Sportsbook provider Betby carries out the investigation and gives us general information of the outcome, so I can only share with you the information which they provide us. They informed that they detected multiple suspicious bets of varying nature flagged, which led to the investigation.
We do understand that this is not the outcome you were looking for, but unfortunately the Terms have been breached and this is the end result.
