So far nobody has developed widespread methods that counteract aging. In fact, such a thing still seems to be part of science fiction.

The point is, when you see those methods being developed, and when you see them becoming part of the public, that's when you need to start fearing the things that are going on in the world.

I really don’t think this will be possible in the 21st century tho..the modern ways of slavery for me is working up everyday and having to go work in a company owned by someone who’s making millions daily while I work my a** out to fuel and keep the organisation running only to not receive a fraction of the common wealth generated..
The slightest way this might work is if the LGBTQ guys identify themselves as dogs and other pet animals..then Deh can sign off their rights to a legal owner..

"Democracy" is a lie that has been media propagated on the common people by the wealthy elite. How is Democracy a lie? Like this.

51% of the people beat the 49% in elections. Then a small number of politicians who are elected take over and do whatever they want. What they do is not what the 51% or the 49% want. They just do whatever they want, like a group dictatorship.

A true Republic makes every person to be his own king in the land. That's the kind of government that America has if the people only recognize and use it. Sure, they have the US Government Democracy. But they are a Republic of the people if they only figure out that they don't have to be slaves of the Democracy.

Already we have Reps here and there in the case of acting as moderators and administrators who implements the laws conditionally to how we humans should live in the organized societies.
Can consider our leaders in the geopolitical zones for instance.

And if I will have to look at this form from the bottom to the top level as a formation of the masses being slaves to the Reps, I think it would be an abuse of the Reps because mantle of authority given to them is not to suffocate the people ought to be their subjects.

From the other angle, it is only possible for these representatives to have the masses in a society due to illiteracy of the masses who don't know their rights and could not exercise their human rights based the legal terms guiding the society.

But in as much we are educated and are audible to defend our rights at all course, there is no way we can be hold captioned on slavery instead the so called Reps you think that has the autonomous power will on tend to take advantage on the masses by masterminding disasterous crisis which would affect the society such as inventing and releasing of pandemic viruses and wars that is posed to destabilize the world's stability.

That is just how ugly those leaders or Reps as you may call it can go and can not keep the world on slavery.

I doubt what you insinuated will ever happen. Humanity has been practicing representing for so long and that doesn't take away the right of the people being represented. Even if we have to get to the extreme of it, humans are even devicing means of equal representation. The spirit of decentralization is hovering around, so I don't think slavery will tilt the way you are seeing it.

When I read the title of your article, I was thinking you will say that humans will be slaves to AI or something of that nature. But I now understand that you are going legally. I also do not know people without rights. Even if they are made to believe that they don't have fundamental human rights, very soon the lies would be exposed and freedom will come.

If there would be people owned by nobody, atleast those set are free humans. So humanity is safe.

you are basically describing human trafficking and it’s a crime not a new form of slavery that the rest of the world would be eager to start following that is just not how it works and for everyone’s sakes i do hope this doesn’t happen

I would say that it's been that way more-or-less, for about as long as humans have existed.

I would say that with 'tokenization', where ownership, and value extraction, becomes much more precise and efficient, this realty will take a big step forward.  Entire populations without respect to physical borders will be able to be much more effectively monetized and traded in tranches.
