Tool or service to track BTC wallets

I've been wanting to organize my BTC wallets for some time now and I need some help or tips

I have several addresses that I have created over the years, since 2017 and they are cold wallets, they have never had any online access

I would like to know if you use any service to track your wallets?

My idea and preference would be to be able to put all my addresses and know the balance of each one, the total balance and maybe some alert if there is any movement
Maybe it could even be a telegram bot

You can actually use a watch only wallet to actually track them. I don’t know of a telegram bot or service but you can individually track them, if the addresses are even from one seed phrase (HD wallets) then it can be easy to actually import the master public key to track all those addresses. Or simply track each address from that wallet.

One wallet I have used for watch only wallet is BlueWallet and it gives me notification of an incoming transaction or outgoing transaction even before they drop to the respective address.

I will advice against any telegram bot, because even if it requires an address this kind of bot can be easily link this addresses together and even though it is actually not going to get your wallet hacked it reduces your privacy

Since it's a cold storage, you can monitor your funds without connecting them online through the watch only wallet.
All you have to do is import your master public key on electrum and create your watch only wallet. You can as well create transactions on the watch only watch then export it as a file and import on your offline cold storage to sign transactions.  I'll recommend you read through this guide to fully understand how to do this.

Do not use any online services for this. You are trading key features of Bitcoin just for some convenience. You lose any privacy associated with having separate addresses or wallets, and they are likely going to try to fingerprint you and sell your data.

All you have to do is import your master public key on electrum and create your watch only wallet. You can as well create transactions on the watch only watch then export it as a file and import on your offline cold storage to sign transactions.  I'll recommend you read through this guide to fully understand how to do this.

I think this is one of the best solutions for this, as the software can be used intermittently and even kept offline when you are not using it. I have used Electrum for this purpose in the past too, and it has worked wonderfully while preserving your privacy.

rdluffy, two best suggestion I have read is from Zaguru12 and Hatchy. For you to keep track of all those your address without them going online is to import the address to a wallet that allows you watch only, you can view balance and receive notifications. The wallet I have used for "watch only" is Unstoppable wallet, it was someone that recommended it to me too when I asked how I could trace my balance without the address being online. There are many other wallets that allows it but I don't know them apart from the one I mentioned.

Pretty much everything has been said above. but I'd like to add this:

If you also want to track your holdings across different exchanges, or other coins than BTC then you could look into some portfolio trackers like Delta.app, CoinTracking, coinStats, etc.
If you're going to link your exchange account, make sure you're only linking a read-only API key. You wouldn't want to give the app anything else that would allow them to place orders, or withdraw your funds for example.

This is obviously not something I would recommend doing if you value your privacy.

I don't think I expressed myself very well, I know the resources of Electrum, the master public key and the explorers to see each wallet individually

BlueWallet as suggested by Zaguru12 should do that just fine, It's been some time since I last did it but you should be able to import the master public key of your wallet, and it will notify you whenever there is an incoming transaction in any of your wallet's addresses. You should also be able to import multiple wallets, and not just one.

The apps I suggested should also do that and more (not all features are free though).

Previously, I also had difficulty in tracking the many addresses of the wallets I had, but after searching further, I finally found Drops Bot, how to use it is also easy and simple, moreover, this service can not only be used for Bitcoin, but can also be used for other addresses such as; Ethereum, BNB Chain, Fantom, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, and others, and can even track NFT transactions.

There is one open source self-hosted app called Rotki that could work for you.
I didn't use it for a , but I know it does support tracking of Bitcoin and altcoin addresses.
It does much more than simple tracking of Bitcoin addresses, but basic version is totally free, and you can purchase premium features if you like it.

Thank you for sharing this, I had never come across this and it could come in handy for me. It also uses just addresses so I do not have to give up privacy. The user has also been making regular updates to the bot.

To have privacy, you can simply import your Bitcoin addresses to a watch-only wallet for tracking its balance and transaction history.

It's enough and it gives you privacy, so it's a better option than using any on-chain tracking service. There is nothing to be sure that on-chain analytical companies will keep up their promises and don't leak user data. There are many data leaks from many companies no matter how they strongly announced that they aim at user privacy and will protect user data well.

I was about to mention his Telegram bot, but I wanted to check all the responses before I directly go to press the reply button. Thanks for already mentioning this. FYI, I had several issues using this bot, such as getting multiple notifications for the same transactions and sometimes wrong amounts, which I regularly posted on another forum thread. I think PX-Z fixed most of them already. The notifier bot has been pretty accurate/stable for the last month, so I assume he fixed those issues.

I don't understand why you don't simply use the original wallet software for tracking purposes. Placing every single address you have ever used in an online service is bad for your privacy.

*And before anybody says that "OP has nothing to hide", OP's transactions are his own business, not yours. Nor some foreign agency's business as long as they are legal.

What I think is the OP sounded knowledgeable enough in their post and replies they have made since. If that is the case they should be aware of the privacy risk it poses and must have a valid reason for seeking out such a service.

You can just insert those addresses to your trustwallet app on the watchlist and whenever there is any transactions within those addresses you would be able to see them there, I think there is also a bot something like that created by a user here on this forum, which if you received payment you could be notified instantly for having received payment to the address but I haven't used it before instead had used trustwallet app to insert the address on watchlist.
Please Note; do not import your wallet to trustwallet instead you can insert your address on only watchlist to oversee your address history.

One of the local member of our community seems created a telegram bot about wallet balance checker as of now its just accepting a BTC address and not yet other coins also you can check other blockchain explorers right there that you prefer. Ive been using this since then to check if there's an upcoming and outgoing transaction which is convenient to me no need to check on blockchain explorers or direct on the wallet.
