So recently Trump said that they are making deals with a lot of countries including China and that the tariffs are going to be resolved, and he is willing to lower tariffs from 145% to 80% with China. He said literally that you should buy stocks now because the market is going to skyrocket to epic numbers. So was this all a big buy the dip opportunity and bears will once again be left behind holding big bags of cash, or are we going to see a continued bear market for a while?
All I know is that bears will be in disbelief if we go to ATH, a lot of bears are short since Q4 24' and are not expecting hitting ATH anytime soon, so their thesis would be invalidated. Some other bears will just come up with excuses as the market continues to rally and everyone that listens to these people will continue to be sidelined. If Trump is giving an insider that everyone should buy stocks now then I wouldn't believe that it might happen. He's got the influence now and better than before to manipulate the markets. He should just do what he has to do with all of the talks and negotiation that he's having in agreement to lower down the tariffs that he's even the one who started it out. He just can't take a retaliation from most of these countries when they're the ones that have imposed the same rule that he has implemented. And now, he wants to talk about it. I'll take some cash but I'm not sure if I'll buy that with the stocks, I'm leaning forward to get more Bitcoin instead.

Trump must be labelled as the one who dictated the market. His statement to buy stock is pretty much the same like when he told people to buy crypto when it was dipping due to his tariff. Expect a big hype to come after he will able to get good trade deals with China.

Some assets in stocks began to rise now but I did not think it was fully caused by Trump's statement, we saw something with uncertainty after Trump issued a tarfi policy and now after the speculation occurred and did not go according to expectations we would see other policies. If you plan to buy, then when the decline is the best step to buy but I don't think I have to switch to stocks because Bitcoin is much better even though now we are starting to see a slightly greener movement in the market.

I'm going to burst out laughing right now. Who? Trump speaking? This is just epic and comical. Of all people, this idiot shouldn't talk about stocks. He can't really count. What can we even say about such serious things? If China find SEA and EU are more profitable, they won't ship to US, which wouldn't increase the stock price in US.

Well obviously this president is uncommon and is bordering the scam definition in the way he has done certain things like promoting a shitcoin and then claim it's not a real investment and only for fun, when the money that they have made dumping on retail is very real. So yes, these things should be forbidden, but they aren't, so the only thing left to do is try to profit from this. We saw how he gave the signal after he tanked the markets with tariffs and it has gone up since them. So whoever has been following him on truth social and buying these signals may have made money. Of course with the shitcoins is very different, with the stock market there are real buyers and you are buying real businesses at a discount.

Trump's acceptance to reduce the tariff and China's acceptance of negotiations was enough to bring confidence to the global economy. 80% reduction is just a proposal, I believe it will be lower than that after the discussions in Switzerland.  Both China and the US are feeling the impact of this tariff war, and both of them are willing to shift grounds.

The US president has failed to imbibe some important characteristics of the number citizens of the most powerful country in the world. He is known to make unguided statements, give out unverified information, and give financial advice. I don't take some of things he says seriously.

When Trump speaks the market trembles, it has been like that for months now. It is obvious Trump has more words to influence the market than Biden.
Stock are now surging higher few minutes Trump made that statement. For real the Tariff news on US and China is one way Trump is using to influence the stock and the Bitcoin market.

It sets the wrong precedence. There is a big chance he can be trying to manipulate the market with such statements by buying low, encouraging users to sell and then dumping on them when they do so.

I think Trump is once again testing his power over the market and he is starting to seem to manipulate it with planned policy changes. But whatever, bitcoin and stocks may have a correlation, but I do agree that long term investment in bitcoin is the best choice.

Bitcoin price has shown a pretty good increase so far although it does not seem to test the $105k resistance level. The resistance will probably be broken in the next few days or early next week, but I and anyone else can never be sure. Bitcoin investment can be done anytime and at any price, but you have to consider some strategies so that you do not get stuck at the same price all the time.

Everyone has to take risk but it should be calculated because otherwise ,it be dangerous for the the person. Market situation could be different from present and we can't follow politicians statement because they want to earn money from markets as we saw Donald when he got profit from cryptocurrency Market by investment in this and he launched his own coin and now he want to earn money from stock market. Always big players earn money in the market and small players lose money. I am not interested in stock market and I will not suggest to anyone to  invest in that .There are many other investment which need patience but they could give more profit and we will be more safe in that and Stock investment is risky in my point of view.

It's not only your speculation, I also have the same sense, and I believe that this is the case. Trump runs and does/ say things like he runs his business/ companies. He does this before even being a President, and as it seems, he will continue doing it for as long as he can. Besides, when a President tells you to buy stocks, it has more "gravity". Right?

Investors will never be motivated to invest based on Trump's words. Because there is no certainty that such people of political personalities are not giving such orders for their own interests. Moreover, there have been various comments from various people on many such issues, but in reality they have been worthless. Even if Trump reduces the trade tariff for China from 145% to 80%, is it still at a reasonable level? I am sure that China will never be satisfied with such trade tariffs. However, if he can restore trade to its previous state, then there will be a possibility of a big bullish movement in Bitcoin. There is no problem in whatever one says in terms of investment, but one should increase or decrease investment depending on one's own principles.

Honestly after the tariff, i've become skeptical with statement like these.
I will hold myself from buying stock at the mean time and do my own research instead if i really want to buy stock, sudden tariff announcement like what trump did can literally rekt my portfolio and I don't want that to happen.

There is no real difference between these two numbers. Both are high and both are equally causing inflation in the US and both are pushing China into retaliating against US tariff war.

The first thing that I take from this is market manipulation which is against the law!

The second thing is that it show how desperate the US regime has gotten after realizing the US economy is too weak to start an economic war (reminder: US stock market got massively dumped when Trump began the tariff war). After 100 days of failure, Trump is trying to show some green in the stock market.

The third conclusion is like before: US regime has ran out of money and is getting increasingly more desperate every day. They need this market manipulation aka pump and dump of the stock market to make some money real fast.
