Why do we not make any deals who are new to the forum or have no reputation for trading? Better, we should use escrow if we have any doubts about the seller/buyer. There are several escrow providers who can act as an escrow to send the funds safely, and there will be no issue regarding that. In this way, the transaction will be completed smoothly.
Even with escrow, they could be stolen Bitcoins from somewhere else and OP is trying to dump them to someone innocent whereby the buyer may not be able to cash them out or might have his funds frozen in the future because of “suspicious source of funds”
Members have to e very careful when dealing with such newbies.

The burden of proof is with you, the seller, who has no reputation at all.
