It's quite unfortunate that in our local societies today, betrayal has become  the mother of the day...
Where everybody in living in fear all because of betrayal..


No body is ready to recommend anybody for anything just because of the fear of betrayal...

it has became so bad that even in families Father,Mother , Children everybody is afraid of disclosing some things to each other,just for the fear of betraying or being betrayed.

Expect the worse to come from people because you're dealing with a number of them in the society, we all are not born on the same day or by the same mother, people have different perspectives to how they handle things.

Its better for you to be betrayed than turning to become a betrayer yourself, if we look into some of the cause of this, we are going to find out that corruption is there, greed is there and love for money were all part of what makes some people betray themselves, while we are expected to be different and avoid anything relating to corruption even as we live in a corrupt world.

The society is rigged against good morals and sending out our future mothers into the industrial complex is a good way to keep them busy and occupied to teach the younger generations..

In the days of our grandfathers..Lands were bought just on agreements and shake hands without any written documentations of the event but they’ll own the land and pass it on to the next generation without the other party coming up with petitions to reclaim it..
But in this modern era..men are so doomed to the extent they can even be recorded on interviews vowing not to do a certain thing and later goes back to do the exact same thing..

I mean, there are a lot of reasons for people to feel there is a very high lack of trust within our society. I believe it has much to do with the economical situation of the world, specially in developing countries, there are less wealth and money available, so more people get desperate and more willing to disclose information or betray their peers for the sake of money and comfort in their life.  It is about the same which pushes people to start a criminal life.
Also, we could talk about a lack of morals and education within youth, but that would imply other factors, like access to internet and little attention from parents to what they children do on the internet. I could be a recipe for disaster when comes to societal trust and norms.

I would suggest it's been that way for some time, and is being accelerated by growing surveillance measures and increased communication.   People on this forum can see other members brag about hundreds of millions in bitcoin while they struggle to put food on the table or stay relevant by paying for internet access.  The only good news recently is Trump hinting at raising taxes on the rich, because I don't think the common citizen will stay for much more Oligarchy. 

No King Day on June 14 would be a great day to address this on bitcointalk too.

Greed and the love of money are increasing greatly in society. People can do anything just to get money. I was speaking with a friend that it is becoming difficult to trust people including family members and friends. People are just looking for means to exploit or take advantage of you.

Living a private life is important these days. Don't disclose vital information to people you don't trust. Your financial dealings should be kept secret. If you don't want to be the target of criminals, keep your finances confidential.

Survival of the fittest!

Resources are scarce. Everyone must be selfish if they want to have a share of the scarce resources. Competition is everywhere, among families, among religions, in businesses, and all around. Betrayal will keep getting worse, so as an individual, learn to stand up for yourself in all your affairs. Both in businesses, relationships and work because everyone only cares about themselves. Only the strong can survive in the kind of society we have today.

Why wouldn't people be treacherous, considering the zeitgeist of our time is moral relativism? Everything can be justified, depending the point of view of the individuals. You elaborate your own truth and it has to be accepted and respected by society.

Of course the result of that kind of mindset wouldn't be positive on long run for human civilization. And as we can see, through moral relativism, people are being moved by their own instincts, always pursuing pleasure and personal benefit, doesn't matter at which cost. I was going to say people are acting like animals, but even animals can be loyal, so it's more appropriate to say people are acting like beasts, in the most primitive and disgusting concept of the word.

The bad example is coming from above and being retro-powered from below. Authorities give bad examples to average citizens, who reproduce such behaviors and elect bad character politicians to rule their countries. Ethics, which used to be the lighthouse of aware societies, now exist only on the paper and on the wormtongue of those who subvert its meaning to corrupt civilization further under the banner of a fake moralist agenda.

Yes, trust is an important matter and the first one that we'll have to trust is our family. But I understand that not all families are close tied because of some personal behavior and trust issues as well. Sooner or later, when they're older, they'll realize that there is no other person that they're going to be with in good and bad times but only their family. Well, a partner or a friend might be there but it hits differently if it's someone that you've grown with since you're young.

That's why you need to have a goal in this life and make sure your goal doesn't depend on specific person e.g. serve God, become rich, or help people. If you serve God, you only care with your activity, if you aim to get rich, you only care with numbers, if you want to help people, you can help as much as you can since almost all people like to receive something/benefit.

True, people who said family has no betrayal is either they born from rich parent or their parent aren't rich and all of their family aren't rich as well. If he born from poor parent and have rich family, he will know the reality.
