Gambling not trust worthy

After reading most of the replies here, it seems like everyone is saying the same thing in different ways: gambling is fine as entertainment. But I think the real issue is expectations. Many people don’t lose because gambling is “untrustworthy”, they lose because they expect consistent profits from something that is based on probability and house edge. As long as someone understands that and treats it as entertainment, it’s fine. The problem starts when it’s seen as a way to make money.

The big problem always comes from seeing gambling in another way. Even when they expect profit, it should not be too lucky. Gambling should be treated as a non-profit activity. When you, as the player, see a win, you consider it to be a bonus, and when it doesn't come, you accept it like that. But another thing again here is that some don't just see it as a means to make money; they expect every result to come out the way they predicted it, and when it doesn't happen like that, they accuse the system of being fraudulent.

You just hitted at the key fact and nothing more. The consequence of doing it the wrong way is stated clearly for everyone to understand so it's left for you as an individual to choose what you want. Possibly if you choose to gamble the wrong way by not gambling moderately then that is just the path you have choose for yourself and am sure you are ready to face the outcome of it, and also if you choose to gamble just for fun and  not chasing loses that can literary get you addicted then good for you because I just believe we are all adult and should know the right thing to do at every giving time.

How many of us have been found trustworthy even in the things we do, gambling has always been consistent about how nature is, only that our own inconsistencies have been the major Factor affecting us from enjoying the purpose of why we should gamble, if you apply the wrong approach you will never get the right results, the first trust is in ourselves. We can always enjoy gambling and find that it serves its purpose.

You are right. It would be right to consider gambling as a non-profit project. There is an expectation of winning but that expectation should not always be for making money. In gambling, the results are unpredictable and winning is uncertain, which means that no matter how experienced a gambler you are, you will lose. You should accept the fact that the winning amount will be very small and gamble accordingly.

I actually do not leave all gambling to luck. When betting on sports, I emphasize analysis. Betting based on analysis increases the chances of winning. Gambling with this mental preparation that not every outcome will be as per the gambler's wishes because skill will not bring you victory. You will win with a combination of skill and luck.

You might be right in your own part, but then , you should also take in consideration the number of people that gambling has changed their lives for better. I quite understand most of the gamblers are at lost, but some persons are actually earning huge from gambling, and to those who are actually earning huge from gambling, nothing will ever convince them that gambling is wrong, and therefore they should quit.
In gambling, I still believe good strategy, and discipline can make you money from gambling. Every gambler experience losses, but good strategy would give you more winning than losses.

Personally, I have seen people that gambling changed their lives for good, they won a life changing bet, and today they are actually living big. No one knows who gambling will change his or her life , and to me, I can only say, gamble responsibly so that you don't live in deep regret should in case you see yourself loosing.

Of course, your mindset towards gambling is what will determine how you see gambling. If you think it will always go the way you want it, it means that you don't get it. Gambling gives us surprises and most times losses. This is why you don't need to expect profits when gambling but if it comes appreciate it and don't be greedy.
