Which Age grade do you feel is more easy to convince in your country?

Adolescence or youth (13–20 years)
Young Adults (21–30 years)
Mature Adults (31–45 years)
Senior Citizens (46 years and on)

I will choose for the first two options provided here, which the first one will have to do about the early stage or young youths, while the second are the mature adults, which in summary, that will go for between the age of 21-50 years old base on my own understanding or expected approach on this, because these are the peak periods whereby one can easily make it in life and acquire something worth it for ourselves, when the energy and enthusiast are there, investing in bitcoin will be like an opportunity to take and quickly grab on.

This is a discussion I started in our Local Board, but I think the topic can be discussed more broadly because the answers can be different from place to place.
There are many age grades, and sometimes the age grades have a way of behaving similarly based on experience they have. Now as the news of Bitcoin is becoming a global trend. Which Age grade do you feel is more easy to convince in your country?

Adolescence or youth (13–20 years)
Young Adults (21–30 years)
Mature Adults (31–45 years)
Senior Citizens (46 years and on)

So we can have a sweet discussion, please give a reason for your answer.
Considering the fact that people become more conservative with age (in decision-making, beliefs and, of course, in choosing assets for investment), it is easy to assume that the younger the respondent, the easier it will be to convince him to invest in something new, like bitcoin. The older people are, the less willing they are to change their habits. Including habits in choosing a way to save money. The older generation is accustomed to trusting banks and investing in real estate (sometimes in gold and securities), and will continue to adhere to this position in financial matters.

Young people, as the most "flexible" in the social stratum, will be most actively interested in bitcoin, but the largest number of people who actually invested in bitcoin will be approximately 25-35 years old due to the available free money. This category will be slightly less interested in bitcoin (compared to young people), but will have more money to implement their interest in it (which young people will have problems with due to the lack of tangible, comparatively, earnings).

Adolescence or youth (13–20 years)
Young Adults (21–30 years)
Mature Adults (31–45 years)
Senior Citizens (46 years and on)

I think, in percentages (what part of this category of people can be interested in investing in bitcoin) it can be expressed as follows:

1 - 90%
2 - 70%
3 - 30%
4 - 10%

These figures are assumed (with errors, in and approximately in the same range) and are not based on any social surveys or studies. This is my personal subjective assumption.

People in the age of 30-45 are the one who are not only earning but also are looking for investment opportunities to secure their future. Before the age of 30, we are also earning money but we are not very much worried about future. In 30 to 45, most people are married and have kids, that's the time when they start thinking for savings and investments for there retired life and also for higher education of there children when they grew up. To me best age group that can be easily convinced for Bitcoin investment is 31-45 years.

Adolescents don't have access to money since they are still in school and not working. A high number of people in that young adult group are not also gainfully employed in my location. Most of the individuals in the first two groups might still be suffering from youthful exuberance. They might have an interest in other things and not investment.

The ideal people to introduce to Bitcoin would be mature adults and senior citizens. These set of individuals understand that investing is important, and they also have access to funds.

The youngest age would be the easiest to convince since most of them have not yet established any fundamental belief about something.  Besides most of people think that this age are naive due to lack of experience.

This is also the reason why people who have political agendas often swarm high schools and colleges because student's mindsets can be easily molded.

It is not a question whether the person have money or not, it is a question whether they can be easily convinced or not.  And this is not about the ideal age too.  Just look at the title, it stated an inquiry about the age bracket that will more likely be easily convinced to invest in Bitcoin.

Easily convinced to do what? Maybe to use Bitcoin as a currency or investment. You wouldn't introduce people to what they cannot afford to own. My assumptions might be wrong but I think people will have interest in what they can afford. If you went through my post, it is clear that I chose the last two groups as people who would be easily convinced since they can afford to buy Bitcoin.

The youngest age would be the easiest to convince since most of them have not yet established any fundamental belief about something.  Besides most of people think that this age are naive due to lack of experience.
At this stage, they can easily learn the basics of Bitcoin. If they keep developing interest, they can be grounded in the Bitcoin space. But most of them might not be able to practicalise what they have learned immediately since they don't have money to invest.

Young to Mature Adults. I generally wouldn't recommend Adolescence to even know about investments, maybe at age 17, or 18, instead but even then, only introductory stuff. Or maybe let their parents do the investing with some bits of money. BUT they'd probably the easiest to convince.

Now if they want to do it on their own, better to do it at an age where they're knowledgeable ish already not just about investing but also about finance-related stuff in general. Even better if it was their own money they're using. For seniors I reckon they'd probably want something more stable than Bitcoin.

I think all these age category that I remain. Younger generation preferred a quick rich idea of investment regardless of the risk involved. They are easier to convince on Bitcoin investment due to the volatility of this assets and at the same time with track price data that grows long term.

Only Senior citizens age bracket are hard to convince because they preferred traditional investments that has less risk involved and also the technology barrier that stop them to learn Bitcoin investment.

Overall young gen is the best fit for Bitcoin investment.

To me, matured grades are, those that are 31-45 years old. I believe it because age doesn't matter if you want to invest in Bitcoin. You should have enough funds and motives to invest. After you complete your study, when you join a job or start a business, then you will have money. Based on your income, you can decide how much you have to invest and what will be your strategy. Unless you become mature, even you can't be mature in the Bitcoin ecosystem as well.

You can see most institutional investors are of mature ages. As I said above, it's a matter of money. Your financial situation is also important, besides you maturing. Also, learning Bitcoin practically takes time, so automatically you will be mature then. I am not saying others' ages are not perfect to invest; it all depends on a couple of circumstances.

We only need to tell and teach all of that ages range about Bitcoin and not convince them because that will be part of forcing them to follow us. At least, that is what I think.

If we can closer to adolescence or youth and explain about Bitcoin and build their mindset to have an investment for their future, I think they can accept that because they will see the life become tough and they need to prepare from now.

They are ready to face the future with much knowledge about how to survive in the hard situation. We don't know what will happen in the future but we can teach them to understand that life will change and if they are not ready, they will difficult to survive.

So we can have a sweet discussion, please give a reason for your answer.
For me there is no specific age grade that can be be easily convinced to invest in Bitcoin Rather it depends on the person in question. For example the 13 - 20 years adolescent you made mention of, are still teen agers whom are fed by their parents and can't make decisions on there own wether to invest ot not.

I will likely consider 31-45 years because this age grade can be convinced and can also invest because they are capable to make decisions by investing because they are working class and morover this set of people are so inquisitive to make wealth at any cost including investing in Bitcoin onlike the teenagers who are not that so inquisitive to make money but depends on parents.

46 years old above may not be easily convinced to invest in Bitcoin because they will always check their age and how long they can be able to invest in in Bitcoin in the long run. So in summary the age than can be easily convinced is the age 31-45. not above but below.

Isn't it obvious? Your first group in the example is easy enough to convince; they are generally easy to convince of everything, including that Bitcoin was invented by aliens, since they are children, and no matter how much they want to invest, they do not have the means to do so. Difficulties with accepting investment will be for older people, who are accustomed to the fact that they should have money in their hands. There are a few who will invest, but these are either well-off people who understand the value of Bitcoin or, like children, easily influenced older people.
There remains the middle age, and here I would combine the second and third groups: people who are well on their feet, have an education and a stable income, keep up with new technologies, and care about their future. Naturally, we must not deny that in each age group, there are unique individuals in this or that concept, but on average, in my opinion, things are exactly like this.

Adolescence or youth (13–20 years)
This age bracket can easily cope with the current trend in finance and technology nowadays. Thanks to access to the internet and having cheaper smartphones that can be sold in the market.

With that, they can be up to date of what cryptocurrencies are and what Bitcoin is all about. They won't be problematic and late to what's the most talked asset in the world lately.

But let's change the setting and term about "convincing" because it doesn't suit when we try to convince any age to invest in Bitcoin. Maybe, to educate is the right term.

The older generation are used to traditional investments, and some of them believe all virtual currencies are a scam, so it would surely be difficult to convince many of them to see BTC for what it truly is, whch is a decentralized and censorship resistant currency.

If i am to pick, i would say 40 years and younger, many people of this age level are interested in crypto and new technology, so it will surely be easier to convince them about BTC.

The younger the age the more easy to teach about Bitcoin and other things you want to introduce to them. Since if you discuss it to old people  they would just have this doubts that maybe you have a bad intention on why you tell those information's to them.

Also its hard to convince those people who's in right age since sometimes they are close minded and only believe on what they commonly know. But if you can show them the profit you get, especially if this is huge then I provably think all of people in that age category would provably got an interest to know about about Bitcoin.

If I am not mistaken, investing in Bitcoin doesn't have a particular age grade that is expected to invest in Bitcoin the more. Bitcoin is open to everyone, irrespective of age and gender, and no age grade would I say that will not be interested in achieving the financial freedom Bitcoin offers if they have spare money.

Judging from the reality on the ground about your question, I will pick the age grade of 21-40 years to be the ones that can be easily convinced if approach how to invest for their future because of how young they are and what they tend to achieve in the long run.

The younger the ages, the easier to dictate them, so I will pick "Adolescence or youth (13–20 years)".

This is similar to work place, HR/employers are prioritizing youth who're not in college and married yet, why? if they're in college, they might ask for compensation to come late or leave early due to college. The same thing for married, they might ask for higher salary or permission to back to home when needed.

Matured/old people have trauma for invest in new thing or trust with someone, hence most of them always play safe e.g. buy stock, gold, ETFs, time deposit, trust in banks etc.

Yes I choose the same age bracket with you, even without looking at the list above from op that very adolescents age bracket is most active in catching up with trend of things and not only in Bitcoin investment, time and age fades or drives away certain energy and interest about trends, if only anyone can check around the evolvement of things happening especially anything that has to do with Internet you will agree with me that the adolescents age bracket have a higher a flooding of maximizing and optimizing every opportunities available via the Internet even though in most cases a lot of people look down on the age bracket in terms of ability but I must say from my observations they are more active with strength and energy intellectually, and will even do more better as they are getting older.

Is 13 years not too small? Someone of that age is not yet old enough to have capital to invest into Bitcoin and if they have money to do such, it must be through the help of their parents, which means you have to get their parents involved too. You should have start counting from 18 years of age but you didn't include it,  the age that I feel can be easily convinced to invest in Bitcoin is from 18 to 40 because they still have the sharp brain to easily capture things and most of them also have the financial capability to invest because they are of the age when they are working already and receiving paycheck.

The choice I will say depends on the region and economic status. Cause in a country where every basic need for living is available, the early chase after money won't be too required, as education will be seen as a major thing for them to tackle.Having the knowledge is good for the adolescents as they are inquisitive in wanting to know a way to generate income. The issue they might face is taking it seriously, but for young adults, they are working on becoming matured than they used to be. I believe the young adults will give it more serious attention before they become matured adults.

At 68 a 10 year hodl may not be possible

but at 13 a ten year hodl is pretty easy

2015 to 2025  240 to 104,000          433 to 1
2014 to 2024  453 to   60,793          134 to 1
2013 to 2023  117 to   27,621          236 to 1
2012 to 2022     5  to   31,016        6203 to 1
2011 to 2021     5  to   55,847       11169 to 1

it does not give a price for 2010 or 2009

I rounded 2012 and 2011 to 5

as you can see 10 year hodl returns are big

if 2014 to 2024 is 134 to 1

and if 2025 to 2035 is only 15 to 1      we are at 1.56 million may of 2035

My guess is in may 2035 we are either under 10k or over 1.6 million

The earliest price I found was

July 17 2010       $0.05

so July  17 2020  9192        183,840 to 1
