I do not like people to say that there is no enough buying power to push the price of bitcoin up. I remember my brother told me this when bitcoin price was at $56000 last year or so.

I think bitcoin is not going above $150000 though but just because after we get to that price, some people may sell and that could be the start of bear market in 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.

I don’t think there is no enough buying power of bitcoin just because the capitalization is hitting 2 trillion dollars rather it is the volatility that will actually reduce. There is something notice from this current market cycle that Altcoins are supposed to start their rally right after the ATH of bitcoin and during its correction period because the dominance is supposed to reduce but bitcoin dominance is increasing everyday as many people are now switching from the narrative of gambling their money on alts to safe coins like bitcoin which means except there is a bad economic crisis bitcoin buying power wouldn’t be that reduced.

My bitcoin prediction is between $140k to $180k, so $150k is well within our prediction range but I don’t see the market actually going bearish in the last quarter of the. Although this particular cycle isn’t moving exactly as the past as such we can be in correction or consolidation phase in the third quarter but I predict the fourth quarter to be bullish base on historical trend and that might even be when we will get our ATH for this cycle and then next year will be bearish entirely

If bitcoin can move to around $139000 - $150000 early, the bear market may be very soon. It will be a period of highly massive price increase and which will be followed by price decrease. It may be in the third or forth quarter is my guess. But if it is in the third quarter, that means the bull run lwill ast up till their quarter. If it is in the fourth quarter, that means the bull market will be until the forth quarter. Just like in 2021, the bear market started in December which followed ATH, although it was pronounced bear market in 2022. The OP has no idea what is cooking. MSTR, XXI Capital, Nakamoto, and that's not counting the smaller companies that are adopting the same strategy, plus the ongoing bitcoin reserves of US states and the strategic bitcoin reserve at the federal level. Yes I agree with that if we get a huge price pump early say we get to above $150k before the last two quarter then I will say the market will most definitely dump in the third quarter, but the market will rise again in the forth quarter due to how many people see the fourth quarter as bullish period but the market might have his ATH already set in the second quarter if it did a quick run to $150k this quarter, we all saw how we got a new ATH before bitcoin halving last year and instead of the market to pump after that we saw correction instead.

So I agree that we can see the fourth quarter been bearish similar to when the market set an ATH in November 2021 and the price only ranger or should I say started falling in December. And yes I think the bearish or bullish tag should be when the dip or pump starts like now we have been in bull run since last year

Not sure exactly what the link is between the Op's prediction and Donald Trump, I cannot wrap my head around it. Mainstream media throw in Donald Trump to garner more traffic to their news updates but you do not have to do that on the forum. This just makes us an echo chamber and reduces the quality of conversations here.

Bitcoin may not exceed the $150,000 and if it does, it may not go beyond $200,000 this season, we can expect for more as the time goes by, but probably after this season, but it's not perfect enough when we heard others saying that bitcoin couldn't make all time high because of its buying power, the reason behind why bitcoin market rises are much and we can't because of one single factor  come into a conclusion.

However, when we look well at the overall bitcoin market price, we can see how it has been performing well for years now and all these are part of the reasons behind the increase in it value.

Prices are majorly determined by the forces of demand and supply
And when supply shrinks, demand pushes the price easily.
What I'm trying to say is the more individual, firms and government are holding
The lower the available volume in circulation
And the easier it can be affected.
You don't need trillions of dollars invested to push Bitcoin price by 2.

If we following normal cycle, we are supposed to perform better than last year
So $200K isn't off the hook this year.

I don't know if we'll see 200k in this cycle, but there isn't even any hype yet. The average person on the street hasn't started buying. If governments start accumulating it as a strategic reserve, there won't be a limit to the top.
Soon, everyone will start talking about Bitcoin and that's when the hype will begin. Once the ATH is broken, all it takes is a sharp move up to trigger everything. Trust me, we haven't even started yet.

Nothing is impossible but an individual claiming that bitcoin will do 200k is quite a good guess because there is no evidence to back things up that bitcoin will for sure hit 200k, except trump is going to manipulate things to end in his words or above his prediction but however do you have a source to the information? if no then it's absolutely void in my opinion.

We haven't hit a new ATH so doing 200k this year is not even a guess because surely if all things works as expected we are supposed to hit such price or even above with bitcoin natural movements.

Same here but sadly it is a fact of the current demand for the market.  I do not know if saying there is not enough current demand for Bitcoin to rally the price to $200k brings any difference.
