What happened:

On January 14th, 2025, I created an account on Rollbit. Immediately after registration, I was asked to complete KYC Level 2, which I did. The verification was successful and I was told I could use the site without restrictions.

I deposited $200 in LTC and used the site normally. Between January 14th and January 30th, everything worked perfectly: I deposited, played, and withdrew money several times without any issues.

On January 30th, I requested a withdrawal of $2700.However, the withdrawal was not processed, and I was told to contact support. They then asked me to complete KYC Level 3 and 4. Due to constant verification system errors and unsupported file formats (on their side), it took quite a bit of effort, but I finally completed all requested KYC levels.

Still, my withdrawal remained unprocessed.

After asking support what was going on, they claimed I was using multiple accounts and asked me to list them. I truthfully told them I only have one account.

I asked them to provide proof of their accusations — but they never did. They just kept repeating that I needed to “confess” or there would be no further discussion.

A few key points:
– My account was verified on the first day, and they knew who I was the entire time.
– I was losing money for weeks — and everything was fine. But once I went on a winning streak and requested a larger withdrawal, they suddenly raised issues.  Funny how there’s never a problem while someone’s losing money.
– I’ve never exceeded any betting limits — so there was never a need to use multiple accounts.  The limits on my account were more than enough to cover my bets.
– My account still isn’t limited, which proves they don’t have a real case against me.  

Have you ever heard of someone being accused of something without a single piece of evidence, and then asked to prove their own guilt? This is absurd. It is evident that the casino intends to avoid paying out winnings. The increasing number of similar incidents lately supports this claim.

After receiving no meaningful assistance from support, I submitted a formal complaint to their complaints team. In my submission, I clearly outlined the situation, expressed my willingness to complete a video KYC or any other verification required, and proposed a reasonable solution to resolve the matter. I received confirmation that my complaint was received and that I should expect a response within 20 working days. Of course, they didn’t respect that — I only got a reply after 40+ days and only after sending daily reminders.

That reply crossed the line:  
They rejected my complaint, accused me of AML violations without proof, and even threatened to report me to FIU Curaçao, GoAML, and "other relevant authorities" simply because I kept asking for my rightful withdrawal.

This is serious and dangerous behavior.

Because of this, I’m making my case public. I want other users to be aware of how far Rollbit is willing to go to withhold users’ funds and silence complaints.

I apologize if I’ve overlooked anything or if any part of my message is unclear. I’m not very experienced with these procedures, but I’m doing my best to understand and follow the process. I’m available for any further questions, and any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated!

To answer your question: I deposited funds to Rollbit from 2 sources — primarily using Binance and Phantom wallet (Solana-based). None of them involved mixers or anything similar.

Update: After posting my complaint here, Rollbit has permanently banned my account. I no longer have access to it, which seems like a direct retaliation for going public.

Sorry, sorry. Problem with raising several cases at once to a contact, all with exact same case and exact same answer is that I can't exactly keep track on which user I already addressed and who hasn't, as my entry on my to-do list is simply "reach Razer and inquire about AML"... that's already crossed.

Anyway, the official answer is, it's not exactly an AML. Rather a flag by their sportsporvider, Betby, who recently stirred so much mess in this board. Unfortunately, just like other casinos, sportbetting section has their own division who has the power to make their own rule and verdict. It's a separate entity that Rollbit can't intervene.

Anyway, the official answer is, it's not exactly an AML. Rather a flag by their sportsporvider, Betby, who recently stirred so much mess in this board. Unfortunately, just like other casinos, sportbetting section has their own division who has the power to make their own rule and verdict. It's a separate entity that Rollbit can't intervene.



Their response that the issue arose due to some “flag” raised by Betby, an independent sports betting provider that supposedly has its own “division” and “rules” that Rollbit cannot control, sounds completely illogical and unacceptable.

Imagine this situation: you and I run a restaurant and a customer is served a bad meal — do you really think we cannot intervene and fix the problem just because someone in the kitchen made a mistake? Of course, we can! And of course, we must take responsibility because we are the hosts and the service providers.

In the same way, Rollbit as a platform bears full responsibility for all the services it offers, including sports betting. If there is any problem with the provider or anyone else, Rollbit is the party that has a direct contract with users and must resolve the issue — either by absorbing the loss themselves or finding another solution.

These excuses have become ridiculous and disgusting. We as users must come together and take action. Betby, Rollbit, and most platforms using this provider are thieves and deserve to be shut down immediately. Betby is soon going to surpass the biggest scammer in the market — 1xbet.

I do not see where this industry is heading. Soon there will be no honest houses left in the market, which is very sad. This must be stopped.

I have an important question regarding how risk is managed on Rollbit and similar platforms.

When placing bets on Rollbit’s sports betting section, am I actually betting against Rollbit, or against Betby — the sports betting provider they work with?

From my understanding:

Betby is the provider that creates the sports betting offers, sets the odds, and assumes the risk for those bets.

Rollbit operates as the platform or operator, providing the user interface, handling deposits, withdrawals, and customer support.

While Betby may manage the risk and rules of sports betting, Rollbit holds my funds, manages my account, and is ultimately responsible for resolving any issues related to my money.

Therefore, even if the “flag” or problem originates from Betby, Rollbit cannot simply wash its hands of responsibility and refuse to intervene. As the operator and custodian of my funds, Rollbit must protect its users and ensure fair treatment.

I kindly ask for clarification on this matter and how Rollbit plans to resolve the withdrawal issues caused by this situation.

It's actually an explanation from several casinos' contacts that I'm in touch with, when I inquire about the situation with sportsbetting sector. So... like it or not, it's sadly have to be acceptable and can-not be un-accepted as... well, every casino shared this problem.

Rollbit is a massive scam. They did the exact same thing to me and I've never had an account there.

They literally just don't pay winners and give you some b/s response about AML or KYC. I passed KYC level 2 as well and they gave me no reason for holding $30k which is now 60k due to the price of eth.
